      I can only speak for 1 strata lot, but PQ has been awful to deal with. Their job is to direct council and manage the daily operations of our strata. In our case all correspondence is filtered through PQ and it appears their sole agenda is to just satisfy council who writes the checks. They do the daily management stuff, but when it comes to ownership and the people our property manager does not do anything to provide guidance. They allow the council to run wild, they respond with Absolut non-sense, they don't answer questions with any thought process, simple requests turn into long frustrating correspondence, They don't enforce the BC Strata act nor building bylaws and they allow council members to change rules on the fly as needed for for their own benefit. They are supposed to direct council of Laws, etc, which doesn't happen, even when breaches are pointed out. Their management wont reply when concerns are presented. it really seems like PQ doesn't care about the big picture and only tries to please the group paying their fee. PQ might have good rates, but you get what you pay for. I do not recommend PQ... pay a little more and get a company that knows what they are doing.

      The Customer is a new strata lot owner (less than 4 months) at a ****************** managed by Pacific Quorum. He is seeking to make changes to the ******************s Bylaws, Rules and Policies. The Customer disagrees with the **************s position and also the position of the majority of the strata lot owners of the ****************** (per a number of owners votes at numerous scheduled Special General Meetings). As the strata management company, Pacific Quorum takes its direction from the ************** and Pacific Quorum does not have any vote at Council Meetings or Special General Meetings. We are sorry you have had a bad experience with Pacific Quorum. We have successfully managed your ****************** for 12 years. Your issues are noted. Our apologies if you feel our performance did not meet your expectations.

      Working with this company is nothing short of a living nightmare. We have had a revolving door of property managers. The accounting department is in complete disarray. The accounting department couldnt even figure out how much money each unit pays in strata fees. The company is in constant breach of their contract as they never provide financials within 15 days of the following month. They ******** our operating account and did not report it to us or themselves to the ****** For PQ it is all about their bottom line. They do not care about the small condominiums they manage. They have put our building in a financial crisis. Some of our bills have not been paid in SIX MONTHS!!! Companies are calling council members asking what is going on. We have addressed our concerns with the ** of PQ who deflects more than addresses concerns. The icing on the cake was they forgot to calculate their 4% project management fee when our building completed an over half a million dollar project. When we asked why this was not included in the contract we were advised your property manager at the time must have forgotten to include it. MISSING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ISNT SOMETHING YOU FORGET! The cherry: they didnt follow through with all the items in their contract to earn their 4% project management fee. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company. Each and every day we have to deal with them it is truly a living nightmare.

      Will never own any property managed by Pacific Quorum again. They do not view smaller stratas with any importance and in our case dropped the ball financially, and in acquisition of viable vontracts. Did not know how city of New Westminster manages garbage and crecycling. Did not provide financial statements within 2 month as per contract SLA, Did not create rules or properly manage a special levy situation we found ourselves in. We were told one thing by the Property Manager but the vompany who was owed money ended up filing a legal notice and penalty. This was all due to Pacific Quorum and their representatives. We will be filing an official complaint with the ** ********* *********

      Their Kelowna property manager Michelle R*** is a nightmare to deal with. Never returns emails or calls and refuses to provide invoices for maintenance work she expects owners or their insurance to pay for. Unprofessional with no common sense and complaints to her supervisor have falling on deaf ears. ** ** ******** ********** ******* *** ********* *** ******* ****** ** ******* ****** ** *** ***** ***** **** **** *** ** **** *****

      I don't know how they get A+ on BBB when the consumers rate them 1 star.... Your building will get new property manager every year, and doesn't matter who they are, they will take forever to get back to you, if ever. And if they do get back to you, their action will be so delayed that your issues will drag on for months and months. I have ONE noise complaint, and I have submitted it 6 months ago, and the noisy neighbour still received NO fine, and the noise continues. Feel free to live in any building managed by PQ if you want no bylaws enforcement or any issues addressed.

Property Managers change, that's part of the industry, The business of managing your property does not stop or change when your strata manager is replaced.       Very bad services !!!! The property manager in Kelowna( Michelle R***) is never answering the phone calls or emails.Even It's regarding my strata fee payments. Not sure how busy she is .Very unprofessional and ****...
