As per my last review of this company, I was rather displeased with the initial handling of my case, however Liam from Global assured me that he would resolve this issue. I had believed there was no light at the end of the tunnel for this matter, but with this second con- sideration taking effect now because of Liam's own efforts to reach out, I can say this is quality company. I am grateful that Global does take a further look into their customers best interests and pleased to see the due diligence provided. Thanks again Liam I appreciate the call and how you handled this matter.

Biggest con artest out there. I went for what I thought was a working Holiday to ********* in 2019. Due to COVID plans were cut short. Now I'm down $6000 and an expensive flight home. If anyone knows a good lawyer please contact me

    Hi ****,

    Thank you for your feedback.

It is unfortunate to hear that you were not satisfied with your trip.

Due to the nature of your concerns, we have reviewed your trip booking to verify what was provided. We note that you have either received all your trip service inclusions, or they were available for you to use at the appropriate time.

Regarding your role at The Ville, it appears that there was some concern regarding your performance in relation to what was stated on your resume and you were let go due to under performance. While we are able to provide you with job opportunities, you are still require to secure and sustain your own work abroad, as you acknowledged when you registered for your trip. Prior to this role that you accepted you also received another guaranteed job opportunity that included full time hours and staff accommodation in a great resort, which you turned down.

On October 17th you reached out to your arrival coordinator to ask about **** mining or further job opportunities. Your arrival coordinator advised you that she could provide you with further job opportunities, but she would require an updated resume from you in order to do so.

On November 12th you reached out again to your coordinator to enquire about further job opportunities, however, your coordinator had still not received an updated resume, so they requested it from you again. On November 18th you advised your coordinator that you had secured a job with accommodation in Aubury and would be relocating there on December 1st.

Your Working Holiday Australia trip included a number of different trip service inclusions, which you have received. While we can provide job opportunities, it is still your responsibility to secure and sustain the job. Prior to your arrival into Australia you received two job opportunities, one that you accepted and turned into a job offer. Your coordinator also spent a great deal of time assisting you in organising transportation throughout Australia to get to your different employers and was in contact with you throughout your trip.

Based on our review we have verified that you have received all your trip service inclusions as stated to you prior to your trip registration, and as per our standard trip offerings. As such you were not eligible to receive a refund of your trip due to the costs incurred in providing you with each of your trip service inclusions. You did however have full access to any support that you would have liked from your arrival coordinator, which you took advantage of, but there were certain requirements that you are required to fulfil in order for your arrival coordinator to assist you further, such as providing necessary and requested information which you did not.

While we are disheartened by the news that you have returned home after so many years in Australia it is a requirement to provide up to date documentation in order for new job opportunities to be sourced.
