On March 9, 2023, BBB investigated CK Design Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaint and scam tracker reports.


One Coldstream resident stated in his complaint he paid money and was told to be completed by January 2023. Work began but had issues with both the quality of the work and products used.  He alleged "It was unsafe, they only installed part of it with nothing but problems and issues, etc."  He asked for a refund but did not get the money back.
A Vernon resident stated in his complaint he paid a 50% deposit in August 2021 and was told to be completed by October 2021.  The work was postponed to begin November 2021.  Work began but had issues with the products. He alleged, "There were still missing doors, damages to dovetail drawers". He also had issues with the quality of the work, "the peninsula drawers were not properly measured to take into account the cooking range."
A Lake Country resident stated in his complaint he signed a contract in June 2022 and paid a $25,000 deposit.  The consumer alleged receiving poor quality of products and requested for a refund but did not get the money back.  


BBB left 2 voicemails and sent 2 letters for CK Design Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry but as of April 20, 2023 has not heard back from the business.
