    ******* ************ ******* ** **** ******* a contract for an argo570LE ATV that I finally signed on December 28th 2022. The unit was delivered to me in Saskatchewan from their outlet store in Winnipeg Manitoba on January 1st 2023. The delivery guy got the unit started and pulled it off the trailer, we then took it out for a tour around the town and finished by parking it in the unheated garage over night( low of -11 °c overnight). The next day on January 2nd 2023 at around 530pm I decided to take it for a dirve, it would not start. I got a hold of Raymond, he told me to try and boost the battery and to treat it like a car. With the knowledge that I have, I decided to take the battery inside over night to warm it up and trickle charge it. On January 3rd 2023 at 10am I decided to go and hook the battery back up and try to get it started, the unit still would not start. I immediatly tried to call Raymond but was avoided. So I got a hold of the GM and told him about the issues, he assured me that he will talk with the salesmen to get things sorted out and then went on about his previous client experiencing the same thing and the fix was to spray the air box with quick start to get it started and break it in with a good 30km drive. He had also mentioned that the **** manufacturer hasn't come up with a solution for this fixing this problem. I was reluctant on doing this *** *** * ******** ******* ***** *** ********,I mentioned that I don't want to be voiding the 5 year warranty given with the machine. He went on by saying that he is the GM and that he approves what does and doesn't get warranty. After talking me in circles and giving empty promises I had hung up with him. Fast forward 5 mins I am now receiving a call from Raymond. He had advised me that he talked to another guy in his office that is quite familiar with the said atv and is usually an easy fix. He then began to try and talk me into taking the machine apart to get to the spark plug to check it for gap.

    Problem has been resolved. Quad was dropped off in running condition. Customer flooded machine due to extreme cold. Unit was taken to local dealer. Spark plug was taken out and cleaned and battery charged up. Quad is in working order as it was on delivery. We have sent customer a helmet to him for his child in lue of this inconvenience. Quad is at repair facility waiting for pickup and bill is paid. Customer is still in contact with salesperson. All misunderstandings are also resolved. *** ******** *******

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that it is partially satisfactory to me.
     
     I would like to add that the quad was delivered to me with a full tank of fuel which became separated after sitting overnight. I began to try and start the machine the following day and it would not start. The machine would not have flooded if the proper fuel was put in prior to the delivery, the quad was placed in my garage and the temperature was -11 as a low overnight. In no way was this situation my fault by any means. I had to argue with several different associates of CG open roads outlet for 2 days before they decided to cover the costs of having my local town shop to drain the fuel reservoir and clear the lines out and get it running. * *** **** ****** ** *** ******** ******* **** ** ******* ** ********** **** ** *** ***. The whole situation has lead to an unsatisfactory customer experience and feel that I have no other choice but to accept this so called resolution.

    In June 2022, I applied for a UTV from ** **** ****. A friend recommended the company. I was in contact with KAITLIN ***** regarding my application, that was eventually approved for a 2022 CFMOTO UFORCE 800, with a roof and windshield included in the price. Kaitlin got a hold of me and said the UTV was ready, it just needed a chip that actually starts the bike. She asked if it was ok to have it shipped early, as the chip would be shipped in one week. I agreed because she guaranteed I would only be waiting one week. The UTV was delivered, without a roof or windshield. I immediately called Kaitlin and she said the roof and windshield was on back order for a couple of weeks. Three weeks pass and I still have no chip, roof or windshield. In the mean time, the first payment has already come out of my account on June 13, 2022. I informed Kaitlin I would not be paying for a UTV I could not use. She had the dealership CG OPEN ROAD OUTLET send me $1000 to cover the first four payments, because she said I would have all the parts by then. A chip was sent. It was the wrong chip. I had a mechanic try to install the next chip sent and it was incomplete. Again I called Kaitlin, and she said the dealership CG OPEN ROAD OUTLET would pay to get it fixed. It has been 3 months now. The UTV is still incomplete. I have been told that the chip, roof, and windshield are coming. Time and time again I have been told this. With no parts in sight. I have been paying on a machine that is not complete, nor what I signed on for. I am requesting resolution for this issue. I am done being told just one more week and it will be running. It has been three months and I have a $25,000 incomplete UTV sitting in my yard.

    Customer was told unit needs to go to ** **** ****** 20 mins away from her home. We have paid her 1000$ dollars to cover all her payments unit PCM arrived. We have also offered to cover the delivery to the ** **** ****** to get PCM installed and running. We did not want to deliver unit without PCM in the first place but customer demanded unit to be shipped. I made the customer email me written permission saying we are not liable for this unit due to no PCM in it. * **** ****** **** ***** ** **** ********* ** ***** As for the roof and windshield, we have the windshield in stock, roof was on backorder and is expected soon. We will send both in one box at the same time when roof comes. Otherwise windshield will get damaged in transport by itself. Customer was not mislead, exact opposite actually. Without it at the ** **** ******* we cannot help them 16 hours away from our location. ******** ** *** ***** * *** ********* *** ** *** *** ******* ** *** *** ******** *** **** *** **** ***** ***** *** *** **************** ****************************************

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not DEMAND the unit be shipped without the part. I was told it would be cheaper for delivery, and again was told it would be a week. And yes $1000 was sent to me. I had the UTV picked up by a mechanic to install the part, and after he tried to contact the company with installation, he could not install it. That is when I was told it could be brought to the ** **** ********** here, but I do not have means to get it there. This whole situation did not need to get this ugly. Communication was great at the beginning, but it was one thing after another. *** ******* *** ** **** ******** saying that I DEMANDED the unit be shipped is so disheartening. Is there a way the ** **** ********** here can come and get the UTV to install the part? This is not my responsibility.
