Exceptional Service from Raptor Roofing! We recently had our roof replaced by Raptor Roofing, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Matt and his team were nothing short of amazing. Professionalism and Safety: The team took strict safety measures to ensure the well-being of both their workers and our neighbors. They fenced off the work areas, which gave us peace of mind knowing everyone was safe. Thorough Clean-Up: Prior to the work, they carefully removed and moved furniture, bins, etc. and tarped completely around the house, on the deck, patio stones and more. After the job was done, the team left our property spotless. They made sure to clean up every bit of debris, leaving our yard looking even better than before they started. Educational Approach: One of the standout aspects of our experience was how Matt took the time to sit down with my wife and I to explain every step of the process and pointed us to their website, which further increased our knowledge. We searched many roofing company websites and reviews in search of a locally Owned and Operated roofing company **** ** *** ** ****** My priorities were companies that were known for Quality workmanship, Top of the line products , and market leading warranty on both labour and all products , while still offering very competitive pricing. I strongly believe in the owner being involved in every aspect of the entire process. That's why after serious review and unbiased comparison I chose Raptor Roofing. The Owner Matt H***** was very knowledgeable, professional and listened to my needs and interests and never once pushed or tried to oversell me. His quote was prompt, very complete and easy to understand compared to several of the other quotes. Matt is very knowledgeable about all of aspects of the products he installs . Matt and his complete roofing team showed pride in thier work and all safety aspects of the job. They all arrives before the scheduled start time, immediately set up a construction notice sign on the lawn, taped off my yard with safety zone tape, then carefully tarped all work areas . Safety for all staff, my property as well as the neighbors was immediately very obvious. The entire team wore hard hat's,sun protectors ,proper foot wear and safety harnesses as well as Team Raptor matching green shirts. The noise level was kept to a minimum and no profanities all day. They all worked very hard for 16 hours plus and Matt and the forman Ed both returned at 7.am the next day to finish up, clean up and walk me thru a very thorough inspection of the entire job to make sure Everything was done 100 % to our approval. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the complete roofing experience and absolutely love the looks of the new roof and shingle chose, that Matt helped us decide on. ** *** *** ******* *** a very fair price, easy owner to work with as well as a fantastic roofing experience ** ****** ********* ****** ******** Sincerely Doug and Angie

We had our roof replaced by Raptor Roofing Oct 20,2022. Matt and his crew were professional from the very start to the finish. Matt gives you a very clear itemized estimate. Any questions or concerns we had he answered and explained clearly. Apon choosing some colors Matt gave us addresses of homes we could look at to see the finished product. On the first day the crew showed up at 7:15 and basically put in a 14 hour day. Upon completion the crew did an amazing job of cleaning up all the debris checking on neighboring yards as well. Matt and his crew were very respectful to us and to the surrounding nearby neighbors by keeping the radio at a decent volume and did not hear any profanity. I would without a doubt strongly recommend Raptor Roofing to friends, family or anyone looking for a very professional roofing company. Thanks again to the Raptor crew for a job well done!

Raptor Roofing replaced our shingles on October 4, 2022. Right from the initial contact in early September, Matt the owner was a complete professional. We needed some existing soffit venting checked out and he understood exactly what we were looking for. His crew arrived right on time. They covered around the whole house with tarps and kept everything clean. Matt was on site the entire day and he reviewed some some plywood replacement and additional ventilation with us as they found it. No surprise billing. The crew was organized and there was zero profanity. The shingles , drip edge , ice membrane, underlay and vents were installed professionally as per the quote. All debris was immediately hauled away and we didn’t find one nail or scrap of shingle on our property after they left. ** ***** ****** ********* **** *** ****** ******* ** ****** ******* *** ******* ************ ******* ************  We’ve had many contractors do work for us over the past 37 years in this home and Raptor is one of the best. Professional crew, scaffolded and tarped around house to keep everything clean. And of the several contractors I contacted, the only 1 that told me I needed plywood sheeting to be up to code and covered by warranty (home built in the 40's and old shingles nailed to original slatboard).
