thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. This individual has a vehicle lease and loan with our office dating back many years. Unfortunately, there has been a long history of nsf and reduced payments on both accounts leading to the balances increasing significantly. Over the years our staff have worked with the customers to try and settle/resolve the matters, and continue to do so. Staff have had recent communication with the customers, and we invite them to contact us to attempt to work out a resolution. Thank you

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. This individual obtained the loan in December 2022. Her first five payments cleared but every attempt to withdraw payments since then has been returned NSF,leading to the significant amount of NSF fees she has referred to. On July 1,2023 she advise she would pay the account in full on July 30,2023.That did not occur. She made two partial payments in late September 2023. There have been no payments made since then. Her account is nowhere near paid due to all of the missed payments and nsf charges.Even presuming there was no interest or nsf fees charged on the loan she would still have paid less than 40% of the original loan amount ** *** * ******** ******* **** *** *************  Though not mentioned in this review, she claims her reason for not paying is she has not been provided with a detailed transaction statement. That was forwarded to her via email on January 19,2024. We would invite the customer to contact our credit department to work out a resolution. Thank you

I wanted to leave no stars. My last interaction with them took forever! **** **** ** *** ******** **** SILENCE! 3-5 days then up to 10 days. It was RIDICULOUS. Now for this interaction with them- emailed saying “you are eligible for a reloan” Just send all of your information. So I did just that.. SILENCE.. Until the guy who emailed me called me and let me know he would be passing my stuff on. Guess he didn’t want to deal with me. Thankfully the speed of the next guy was better and he replied to emails. But I have to try to reapply in two months… Why waste my time and yours.. for this type of answer. My loan with them will be paid out next month and I will never deal with them again. * ** ** ********* **** ******

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The customer has a current loan with us.They applied for an additional loan with us,and were advised that we would need to see additional payments clear on their first loan before we would consider new funding. They were not pleased with this and reacted negatively. Each request by a customer for new or additional loans are evaluated on a case by case basis. Thank you

Yes the customer 100% did act negatively as it’s wrong to make someone jump through all of the hoops after OFFERING a loan increase. I have called three times to get my loan payout and emailed twice and have received zero information. They ask “why?” And when told “I want to pay off this balance” always comes with an excuse and told they will get in touch with me. THREE TIMES. I will be going under the assumption that if you can not provide loan details and buy out information then the loan does not exist… P.s thank you for taking the time (months after the original comment was posted) to reply.

I applied for this loan providing all the proper paperwork upfront! It has been over a week now and dead silence. I have emailed, called, and messaged them on Facebook and nothing! Even if they approved me I wouldn't take it. Very poor customer service

    After requesting my outstanding loan balance from a customer service representative they declined until I made 4-5 payments of my increased agreed amount. Additionally they misreported my payments to the credit bureau stating that I am $*** overdue when I have made increased payments that almost triple my agreed upon amount. The collections team ** ******* *** threaten you instead of trying to work out a payment solution. *** ********** ******* ********* *** ********** ********* *** ******* ******** * ** ******* ** *** **** **** ** ** ***** **** *** ********* ** ** **** ** **** ***** ** **** ** ******* ******* ** *** ********** ** ***** ******* ********

I went into this dealership looking to test drive a car. I asked them to look into financing and what rate they could offer. I said that I could put ***** down if I was approved. I was reassured by Karandeep that if at any point I wanted my $***** back I would be refunded. I even told him another dealership tried to scam me with "money down." He reassured me again it was only needed to process the finanacing. I am not an expert in what is needed. I trusted their word and apparently "verbal agreements" don't count. I went in later that afternoon after finding out that the car was not what they advertised. I confirmed with a dealership of the make of the car. I was approved and was told the car was mine. Well, I have not seen the financial bank papers or terms. How can you say it is mine? And that I signed a "bill of sale" before I knew what the terms were. After all that has happened, I do not want a car with this establishment and want my deposit. I have two papers that state deposit and one which they claim is down payment. Mind you, its not an original and it has a pen mark on it.

Horrible customer service, website and reps advertise approval in minutes and same day funding. I sent in all my info first day, I heard nothing. Next day I email asking for an update, sorry it takes 3-5 Business days and the timelines advertised are for promotional purposes only ( so a total *** so people click and apply). Email again on day 4 just for an update and I am told they need at least 5-7 days. Needless to say I canceled my application, I don’t need to spend a few years dealing with them.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The customer is essentially correct in that she was advised it would take a few business days to process her loan application and provide the funds. She applied on one day, and then cancelled the application the next day when she was advised she could not get the funds that same day Thank you

**** * ******** *******. If you're a new customer, they'll process your loan and get on top of things immediately and in a timely manner. If you're applying for a refinance on a loan, they treat you like *******. You need to provide NINE references, and they take their sweet time processing things. As it stands now, it's been 12 days and I'm still waiting for my money. I am now in a position where payments are going to start bouncing because they took too long to get my loan refinancing processed. For example, on a Thursday afternoon right after they sent me paperwork, I filled it out and submitted it right away. When I hadn't heard anything by Monday, I finally called them and the loan officer that I was dealing with was dumbfounded and didn't seem to know that I had submitted the paperwork to them right away. T*** ******* **** ******* *** *** **** *** ***** *** ***** If I had known it was going to take so long to get my loan approved, I'd of taken my business elsewhere to someone who could have processed it in a timely manner. * ****** ********* *** ***** ******** **** **** ******** ** they from my experience are horribly unprofessional and you have to chase and hound them to get them to do their job. This is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they do not report to the credit bureau, so if you're trying to rebuild your credit, this place won't help you. If you're a new customer, they'll jump through hoops to get your business, but if you're a returning customer with a good payment history, you're second rate ******* to them and they'll give you the runaround for WEEKS! This is unacceptable!

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The customer has a current loan with us.He applied for an an additional loan and amongst other things, was advised he would be required to provide us with 9 confirmed references as part of the loan application process We require this in case we have difficulty in contacting a customer that we have resources to communicate with to obtain updated contact information for the customer The customer did provide the references, but unfortunately we had difficulty in communicating with a number of them, despited repeated attempts by our staff. This process did take some time, and eventually it appears the customer lost interest in proceeding with the new loan With respect to reporting to the Credit Bureau, his current loan is being reported to ***** ***** If the customer has a credit report from ***** ***** showing we have not been reporting to them,we would ask that he forward same to us so that we may investigate further Thank you

In addition, our business has noted a substantial increase in fraudulent applications and identity theft. As a result,we require a number of references from our customers so that we can confirm the identity of the customer, and prevent harm to both them and us from identity theft and fraud
