    Arrived as discussed. Staff was courteous. I expanded the job from what was discussed this was no problem, staff was very willing to make sure I was completely satisfied with there work.

    **** ******* was contracted to complete plumbing for a master ensuite renovation in mid 2022. He came and did the initial rough in for the freestanding tub and shower but after contacting him several times he never did come back to complete the job so another plumber had to be hired. There were several deficiencies in his rough in work as well. The shower pipes had a leak, the shower base was not properly installed and the water supply lines for the tub were not in the proper location for the tub. Overall, his work was rushed and not properly done to appropriate standards and that may have been the reason he never came back to finish the job.

    Hey ****, first of all, I want to apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused. To be honest, your job was one of the few that had slipped through my radar, and I completely dropped the ball. Any work I had previously done and no bearing on me coming back whatsoever. I’m not sure what happened with the leaks you had mentioned, or the improperly installed shower base as I have hundreds of these and never had an issue. Same goes for the water lines on the tub, I honestly can’t comment on what happened there. Feel free to reach out to me so we can talk about this and I can try to make things right. Again, my deepest apologies for what happened .
