On May 20 2021, BBB Serving the Atlantic Provinces sent a letter to M.M Property Specialist Inc. requesting information regarding the operation of their business.
This was prompted by inquiries from consumers received by BBB over the past few months.
Consumers have reported that the Business is targeting Senior Citizens in particular. They tend to strike a deal, then collect a deposit and commit to start work on a given date. However they never return and no phone calls or texts are answered.Consumers have reported several similar activities from the Business in the Truro Area.
Having received no response to our first letter, BBB sent a second letter to the business on June 1, 2021.
As of June 20, 2021 we have received no response to our second letter.
BBB urges consumers to do extensive research before hiring a Landscaping Business.. If there are any doubts or questions, contact the Business for clarification and ask them to email you the policies.
