I took my cat in because he seemed lethargic and was barely eating. I was seen by a very friendly young vet who looked him over, and told me she couldn't find anything wrong with him. He had barely been eating so she very kindly provided me with a couple of cans of wet food to try and she even got him to eat some treats. So far so good. A couple of days later, we noticed that he was dragging his hind legs behind him while he walked and was still lethargic. We took a video of his strange walking behaviour and sent it to the vet. The next day, I received a call from a nurse telling me that the doctor had looked at the video and had an idea of what might be wrong. She advised that I bring him in. By this time, I was back in Toronto but the cat was **** ** **** in Brampton ******* * **** I asked if I could have a quick 2-minute chat with the doctor when she has a moment to hear what she thinks might be the issue before I decided what to do and figure out the arrangements to get my cat to the clinic. She said she'd get the vet to call me. Awhile later, I got a call from the receptionist telling me that the vet suggests I bring the cat in. I asked if I could first have a 2 minute chat to get a sense of how serious she thinks the issue might be.
