      ***** ******** ******* ***** Driver couldn’t find our house, apparently, and we have to go pick up our parcel. I determine this after going on line and chatting with someone. No notice from canpar. I have ******** ** parcels delivered to this house weekly, but this delivery guy couldn’t find it. *** ****** ***** ** ***** ******* ** *** ****** ** ******* **** ** *********. ***** ** ********* ** ***** ********* ***** *** ****** ******* **** *****

      My pickup time was confirmed. When no one showed up in the pickup window, I called them and they hung up. I called back and was told my package is out for delivery, when I said it was a pickup he said they're running late and will be here in 20 minutes. After an hour passed I called back and they couldn't even find a confirmation number. This would indicate any information they provided was made up simply to end the call. If your business can handle the reputational risk of late deliveries and is financially sound enough to pay employees to sit around for hours then maybe use Canpar.

      Delivered my package to the wrong address. Tracking # showed as “delivered” “no signature available”. Signature was not available becauSe NOBODY EVER KNOCKED TO ASK FOR IT. “Proof of delivery” was a photo of my $200 package in the lobby of what appeared to be an apartment building. I do not live in an apartment building. The address the package had been ordered to was EXTREMELY CLEAR on the building at this exact same address. As in, the road sign is EXTREMELY CLEAR, and the F o U R numbers on the building are THE ONLY four number ON that building, and NO OTHER BUILDING shows those four numbers in that order, because THAT IS HOW ADDRESSES WORK. Took 15 minutes to get ahold of a real human being instead of a chatbot. This person said they “notified terminal” and “they will correct this”. Over 24 hours later the $200 package is not here. Can only reach a human being via chat Mon-Friday type hours. I am not going to waste MORE time calling a phone number at which they may or may not respond.

      Over 20 days to deliver. Contacted reps four times to get an update, long wait times to get a rep. Package (generator) left in a snow bank at the end of the driveway. Deliver "proof" indicated it was signed for...it was not, nor was a phone call made to advise it was at the driveway near the road. My ******** daughter could not lift it nor the ****** worker who found it.       Canpar Express ******* **** *********** delivery persons. While I was at home during their alleged delivery time and did not hear any knock on my house door, they just left a note that no one was available to sign receipt. I tried several times to call their customer service here in Surrey and nobody ever answered their phone. ***** **** *** ******* ** **** *****

      I've been waiting on the delivery of an order I made with an online vendor. The shipment was picked on December 30th, 2024 & I still have NOT received it, I had to wait over an hour to either online chat or speak with representative & they could not provide with a date or even a guarantee that the package would be delivered, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! ****** ******* * ****** ***** *** ****** ** ******* **** ****** *******

      * ***** ******* **** ***** ** ** *** ** ******* A query Dec 6 am returned my package was on a truck out for delivery. It was not received so re-queried the 7th and it said package missorted, back at the terminal. I understand this can happen given the volume. I wish I had taken screen shots because now all that has been deleted. Now, my tracking info has been edited to show the package was received, missorted and held at the terminal all at the exact same time on Dec 5. Clearly this was an *********** editing of delivery information and I now believe ** IF there was a missort it was intentional 2. There is a ***** ****** ** delay delivery of the package. Their system will not let me connect for a live chat with their agent and refreshes to provide a header message of "Due to ongoing work stoppage at ****** ****, we are temporarily suspending service to postal codes where ****** **** is the final mile delivery provider..." I attempted multiple times to live chat with an agent before I realized this was an intentional screen refresh and I would not be interacting with a human. I have communicated with my retailer to let them know the sub-par service Canpar is providing them. They assured me that in no way should my package delivery be impacted at all by the CP strike and that the message on the Canpar site only applies to PO boxes. It seems Canpar has "sold" them on the narrative that all the delays are due to volume. I communicated I have had no such issues with ******, *****, ********* or UPS and asked them to share my feedback with their appropriate internal department.       I have waited for a package that arrived in my home town for 17 days now. i have repeatedly called customer service, which has often not returned my call and when they have, have provided no help other than to say that the package is with the courier and should be delivered by end of the day. morover, they have texted tracking links that don't work. the online chat service is unhelpful. it says it will connect you to a live agent and then never does. they also say you can arrange to pick up a package and to go online to do so. then the link to do so does not work.
