"**** ******** *** ***** **** ***** ******** ** *** * ******* ******** **** ****** ****** ***** They are very dishonest and do this purposely in order for to pay more than the monthly charge. when you send your payment they will tell that they did not receive it just so that the account accumulate a daily interest rate at 5%, and dear not make your payment without sending a extra $2 payment if you use e-transfer because they will also denied the pay that you sent and tell you that they did not receive your payment and that's where your interest rate start or change the email address that they sent you to make e-transfer payment." ...
