    Very POOR communication. I had to call two weeks after I placed my order to find out the item was out of stock. They immediately charged my card. Then zero response about my order until I contacted them just to find out the item I ordered was out of stock. I will not order from this company ever again and I would warn anyone else to not order as well. I believe this to be some type of **** and have reported it as such.

We received your email inquiry on Sunday and, as we do not work Sundays, replied to it on Monday. Full refund was issued the day it was requested.     Hello! From the original picture in the webpage, I thought these were factory seconds because they had chipped surfaces due to some sort of mishandling. After purchasing 3 of them (At a great price), I see that the surface is not chipped or damaged but missing a small bit of the white coating. The metal of the bowls is not exposed and will not rust. This is a visual defect not a physical one. It is not anything that I think will ever be more than visual. Thank you for selling at a great price and I will recommend your products to others.     I ordered three out-of-season items from this company and after order processing and payment was contacted to be advised my items wouldn't ship unless I gave them double the original cost due to a faulty shipping charge system. So they know the weight and size of their items but couldn't have been bothered to have their shipping system up to date enough to give an appropriate calculation on checkout and now I have to give more than my original expectation they set. That sounds shady on so many levels. I decided I would find a different business to patronize as it is not outside the realm of logic to expect if a business lists items on their site for purchase and shipping that the amount you are quoted and authorize payment for might be wrong delaying item shipment. I don't know whether this is the norm experience with this company but I know it's not an experience I would ever want to have again so I will steer clear of this business.

    My review is for the way the listing I bought from is written. Plus the way the company responded to my message that the listing was misleading. The listing shows a set of 3 stars in red, silver and gold. That part is fine, but it's not sold in sets, which you would think it would be since that's how it's shown. It's sold individually and you can't pick the color you want. You have to order a minimum of 24, but it's not clear or stated if it is 24 sets of 3 stars that are shown in the listing, but what I got are 24 individual stars. So basically 8 of each color. The price should reflect the set of 3 that are shown in the listing photo and a minimum of 8 sets. Also shipping is super inflated. $81.50 to ship 3 pounds is insane. So that works out to $7.30 per star. I was ok with the shipping when I thought I was getting 24 sets. I did try to reach out and ask a question about the listing and nobody got back to me. That should have been a sign to stay away. I also replied to S3 Stores when they asked how my order went. I told them and they just brushed me off and said I got what I ordered. Maybe so but the listing is misleading and incorrect. You can find these much cheaper all over the internet. I think with the way the listing was shown, it was very misleading and should be fixed. But they didn't seem to care. I will take my business elsewhere.

    Dear Cathy, thank you for your feedback. The item you ordered is sold assorted, which means sold by each in randomly picked colors. That is stated in the name of the product and description. On the website it says that minimum order is 24 items, not sets, that means you received what you ordered. We apologize for the invconvenience this may have caused.

    I ordered some awesome coffee mugs and couldn't be happier with my purchase, the quality of the products, and the speed of delivery. admittedly, I was worried this was a scam site because the prices are so low and the inventory is soooo varied, but I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
