    They installed a heat pump for me, and within 5 months it broke down in Dec 24 and to date Feb 25 its still broke down. Very frustrating as I overpayed for this unit and they are the worst service I've encountered.

    Hi Mr. *******, We have acknowledged that the time to get your unit repaired has been longer than our standard. However there is a warranty process that needs to be followed and you are not allowing our team onsite to get the information required and complete the repairs. The manufacturer will not approve a replacement until the process is followed. I would encourage you to call in to the office so we can arrange a time to have our technician out to get the information the manufacturer has requested and get your system up and running.

    **** ***** They do not deliver what is promised and you can expect to spend thousands more than what they quote and Promise to happen. Even my sales rep Will G. double dips as not only selling the equipment and service but also then shows up as a contract worker. ***** *** **** **** ****** *** ********* ********* ** ****** **** **** ** **** ********

    I had a great experience with the sales and installation team. Small hiccup with a faulty thermostat, but it was fixed immediately. Would highly recommend.

    ***** ******. This company LG Home Comfort ****** *** ** ****** *** ***** They never delivered on any of their promises. They also charged us 3x the market value price of the equipments. **** *** * ********* ******* *** ***** **** ******** ** ** *** ********* *** *** **** ****** *** *** **** ** **** ********* *** ***** *** **** **** *** **** ****** ***** *** ******** **** ***** ***** ********* *** **** ****** ******** ******* ***** *** ***** ****** ** * ******** ** **** **** **** ******* **** ** *** **** **** ** ***** ******** * ******** ***** **** ******* ** ***** *********** *** ********** **** **** ******* **** *** ******* ***** ** **** ******* ****** * **** ******* ***** ******* ***** **** **** *** ***** * *** ********** ** *** ********* They don't even have their own installers and technicians for maintenance...they use subcontractors who don't guarantee the work. The warranty is also a **** because whenever you make a call for a technician to come out to check an issue, they want you to put $60 deposit on your credit card for a service call!

    I signed up for a tankless water heater, RO system and Water softener in October 2024. I was promised by the sales guy to receive a cheque so that I could pay my previous water heater provider and close off that account. It’s been more than 2 months and I still haven’t received that cheque. I’ve been calling constantly and each time I’m given a different story. Nobody is taking accountability for dropping the ball. *** ** ******** I’m still paying LG and my old rental company simultaneously. This is a huge loss to me. This is ********* *** unfair. ** **** ** ********** *** ***** ************ The sales person did a great job though. I need to be compensated for my loss right away.

    I got the water softener installed from LG Home confort. The sales guy sold me this unit for a ridiculous amount and I paid in full without researching much about this company. Within 12 hours of signing the agreement, I realized my hasty decision and called to cancel my installation. I was told i had to pay the restocking fee which is ridiculous (25% of the product amount paid). They have this in stock and never ordered for me specifically. The product magically wont appear in a day from the manufacturer. I didnt have a choice and negotiated to get a cheque for little money back from the sales guy. They haven't mailed my cheque back yet and never responded to my emails. I sent message to the sales rep and he said he will send in 4 weeks. While taking money, they do it right away but for paying back my money, they take this long. Secondly the installation itself. It was a ****** job with second grade quality pipes. The guy who came to install didnt have any prior plumbing experience and neither installed a softener before. He cut my main kitchen line without analyzing everything and patched it. He ran new connections with improper couplings increasing the risk of leak to my basement. Overall **** *** *** * **** ******* ** **** **** *** I had very bad experience.

    Hi *******, just to clarify you were not quoted a restocking fee. The fee that was quoted to you was for the work to remove the softener and redo the plumbing. We do advise customers of a 4-6 week timeframe to receive a cheque which is fairly standard when you take into account processing and mail time, however in this case we have processed a refund back to your credit card. Please be advised that this takes 8-10 days to show on your card based on the type of card you have and bank you are with.

    The biggest purchase mistake I've ever made in my life was buying from them. A hasty decision that now I am suffering with and my biggest regret. They promised me 3 things as incentives to sign up with them and they did not follow through on any of their promises: a snowstand for the air conditioner, pay my closure fees to let me out of my previous contract with the previous company I was with, and a $1000 cashback cheque hand to me personally. I've contact them multiple times and it has been 3 months now! The management is uncooperative or doesn't even get back to me like they said they would. Several times they even have said "we will take care of it" and they still do nothing. I am taking legal action and filing a consumer report because they did not fulfill their end of the deal. ******** *** **** **** ************* You have to escalate things to management only to be ignored and not resolve anything at all. I realized this company is actually just as expensive or even MORE EXPENSIVE than ******** because ******** was charging 20k for a furnace, AC, and tankless WH on a 15 year contract, meanwhile this company is charging 20k for all 3 machines on a 20 year contract with interests! So at the end of the amortization term, you actually pay 27k! They just pretend that they are cheaper because their amortization period is longer so they can lower the monthly payments, ***** ** *********** *********! ********* ** ******* ****** *** * ******** *** **** *** **** *** **** ** **** ******** ***** *** ******* ** *** **** ********** *** *** ****** **** ********* ********* ******** ** *** * **** ** ******* ***** *** ***** ********* *** ****** **** *** *** **** ******** *** **** ********** This company charges double of what the market value is! **** ****** ******.     Hi ******, We will respond to this review the same way we will respond to the reviews you copy to all platforms. The only issue that you have shared with our team was in regards to the purchase incentive cheque for $1000. This cheque was mailed out to you, it was never promised to be hand delivered, and a member of your household cashed it. You demanded a new cheque from us which we are unwilling to do. In regards to the cost of your equipment, you were offered a custom solution to your home and the cost of which is comparable to other companies offering the same installation and brands.     Hello LG Home Comfort, Everything you said in your response is false. I was indeed promised the cheque to be hand delivered - I have proof of it. And I did bring up to multiple people on your team about the other issues and was continuously let down. And your costs of the equipment are not comparable at all to other companies offering the same installation and brands. Your prices are an absolute *** *** and that's a fact. And at this point, I've already gotten fed up and tired of calling your office and dealing with your company after so many attempts.

    I had my installation completed on September 15th. Piyush B., the sales representative, was extremely helpful in guiding me to choose the right plan and tank model for my home. They also managed the return of my rental unit to Reliance, making the process smooth. Overall, my experience with LG Home Comfort was excellent, and I highly recommend their services.

    I had a furnace installed Aug 13/24. The salesperson pressures me into getting it installed a month earlier than I wanted but I conceded. There is a giant whistling sound thru my vents and a leak from a small pipe they had to move. I messaged the salesperson two times who assured me service would call me. They did after 2 weeks to book a technician to come out. I was told they will not send a technician to look at the furnace they installed 2 weeks ago without a DEPOSIT!! I asked to speak to the manager about this and no one has returned my call in days.
