      I initially was contacted via email ** ***** ******. They were offering a free consolation for a government debt relief program. Being the inquisitive, curious and slightly paranoid gal that I am... I hit the link to their webpage to get a better grasp of what they do. I saw they offer a 10 year tax review ... And I read a few paid testimonials claiming they really were the best. These reviews could compare to someone who had just won the lottery. It also said they don't get paid until you get paid... So I figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. I was late in filing my 2021 taxes ... To be honest I was only trying to maximize my return. 2021 I was in school for half the year and I worked the other half... I was waiting on documentation from the school. I informed them of this immediately and insisted the 10 year review excluded 2021. Several emails followed from multiple different representatives claiming I had 1 or more years of unfiIed taxes and they insisted they correct that by filing on my behalf. The only year unfiled was 2021 and I quickly reminded them I wasn't ready to file. I made that very clear. Once they had access I didn't hear anything back for weeks maybe months. I thought I had been ******* as I'd send emails and recieve no reply or attempt to rectify their legitimacy. Then got dozens of emails from their staff telling me they discovered that the government owes me $2500. They had me sign a release and I believed this money was coming from 2010-2020 tax review. They filed my tax 2021 taxes and now expect me to pay them $865. Now I'm being ********* by phone and email (10x a day or more) by these people saying they are going to garnish my wages and put a lein on my assetts. I did not agree to this and I wish I never allowed them access to my file. This can't be legal and Canada tax reviews cannot be trusted whatsoever. They are *********** me constantly and they are the ones in the wrong here. **** ** ******** *** *** ** *****

      I reject their response because talk is cheap. They admit mistakes were made on their behalf however no action to redeem themselves has followed. I'm still being ********* relentlessly via phone and email daily with a bill for a service I did not request. My credit rating is reflecting very negativly as a result of their dishonest and manipulative business tactics. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down already as there is a pattern of similar disatisfied customers and negative reviews.

      This is a complaint about the constant ********** from this company regarding payments. The company helped me get a disability tax credit with CRA. In part for their services I agreed to pay them 33%. This is a deal I fully accepted. I was to receive a refund of 13k from CRA, thus owing Canada Tax Review 5K. Since I already owed CRA monies because I was recently medically released from the military and wasn’t taking proper taxes off at the pension sources I owed for back taxes of 11k. Canada Tax Reviews suggested I set up a payment plan with them for the 5K, I owed them so I did. First payment was due 30 Nov. The issue is they have been ******ing 3-4 times daily since 14 Nov reminding me off the payment that was due in two weeks time. I called the office and spoke to management to advise them **** * **** ***** ************ *** that their daily messages were triggering my condition causing panic attacks. The manager told me that they would stop calling and text, yet the never did. I made the first payment and the ********** continued as they kept sending reminders of the next payment due date. In desperation, to get them to stop, I told them I would not make any payments until they stop triggering my mental illness. Yet they still ****** me. I missed the 8 Dec payment in spite but made daily $10 payment and I have rescheduled weekly $100/week payment to start 15 Dec. All I ask is for them to stop contacting me and they will get their monies in full on the agreed payment dates and perhaps the whole 5K in full if I receive a lump some from Veterans Affairs Canada. I agreed to pay them the money which I will honor and pay in full, I was very happy with their results but I the constant ********** for payment is not necessary or warranted. It is very draining and tr**** on my mental health. I can provide and medical documentation you require to support my claim. Please Help

      For additional information, you are sent an email after each payment is received telling you when your next payment is due. If your payment is received before that date, you will not be contacted except for a payment confirmation received by email.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      payments were made on the agreed upon date 19 Dec and I still received calls today 20 Dec, ********* me.  These people are out of control and worst than any collection agency. I even made an extra payment today for a payment previous postponed until the ********** stop. The payments are automatic from my account and I don’t need call ********* me, reminding me of a future payment. I can control when the payments are made but can’t control when their bank accepts them   I can prove that money was taken out of my account on the agreed date.  The ********** stated several times daily two weeks before the first agreed payment and hasn’t stopped  

       They are ********* me and won’t stop.  My health is being compromised.  Please stop.

      Hello ****, you are correct that the agreed payment date was December 19th, but your payment was made on December 21st. This is why you were contacted on December 20th regarding your delayed payment.

      All payments are processed the same day. When creating a payment plan, you do not receive any calls or emails until the day before your payment due date and the day of. These are reminders on the set payment plan made with our company.

      Additional emails and calls are only made if the payment is not made on payment due date.

      Since you have automatic payments set up starting December 26th, you will not receive any notifications regarding your payment unless the payment was missed, which you will be contacted about the following day.

      Your information is not correct.  As you can see by the photos, I can prove payments were made on the 19th& 20th. Once again you are being ********* and l**** about the facts.  Once again, my payment was made on the 19th and I cannot control when you accept the payment.  All you do is ****** people who are pa**** their bills in hope that you will drive them into pa**** the whole bill at once.  Again, you are ********* *** not providing the true facts.  But reality is, I know the difference, photos to BBB show the truth and my bank statements prove the truth.

      The originally Invoice of 2800 was revised to become **** once the billing issues were resolved. Invoice **** was paid in May of 2021 for $3,800.19 with the promise it was not be put on my credit or be removed if already posted. The contact information of Canada Tax Reviews is ********* ***** and *********** so as to not be able to contact them for errors or communication. The amount is posted to my credit report even though being paid and is still listed as unpaid, almost a year after it was paid.

      Canada tax review is saying that I did my taxes with them online in March of 2019 and that and says I was issued a refund on May 26th 2020 in the amount of 4137.16 and that I owe them 33% of this said amount.. I have never done my taxes with them online or in person I live in BC and they are in Ontario. They have my social insurance number and have gone to collections agency called **************** I would like them to delete all my information or I will have my lawyer involved

      Canada Tax Review constantly phoning me, text me and email me on a daily basis 6 days a week requesting I owe $30.66 of an alleged bill they state I owe them of which I do not owe them. They are constantly ********* me when I have emailed them to stop contacting me either by phone, emails and text messages. **Update Oct 23** Canada Tax Review keeps phoning me every day leaving messages on my voicemail when I have them blocked. They know they are blocked yet still ********* me constantly when I have previously emailed them once to cease all contact with me. I want them to stop ********* me. Thank you.

      I have been receiving calls leaving messages about whether I need money plus emails which where never verified by myself . I received $900 dollars from the Government of Canada . It has not been cashed. Now they want a 100. I want to return the cheque and these calls and emails must stop. I called them and a women said I authorized the payment which is a *** . I received an email on Sept 23 asking me to verify which I did not do . These people are relentless and obviously tied unto our government somehow. I hope you can help me out and have this relentless activity stopped.

This was before and after you sent an email asking us to give you a call. We also sent you numerous emails with information on this, but you unsubscribed from all email communication.

      This ********** and ********** institution circumvented me personally from collecting all CERB benefits entitled to me by ********** me with ****************** and expectations to collect CERB BENEFITS since 2020 09 15 I was ****** about procedures and process involved to receive benefits from the CRA for the CERB benefits by them I found out today from the CRA that the CRA did not receive my approved application from this private company ever. for the entitled payments during my dealings with this company. As the CRA personally informed me due to there negligence a large monetary value due to me I will not receive now from the CRA. I am exploring Many options at my disposal to reclaim any part or all monies lost to me by there neglect and negligence during the initial CERB benefits applications procedures this institution should not have or allowed branding or company logos that indicate or have similarities that associate them to anything the CRA, revenue Canada or the government.
