Hello, I am writing this complaint about a few issues which began on service done to my vehicle Nov. 11, 2022, at Green and Ross in Concord. The car was brought in to check a leak and for a recurring fault message on the car. When it was diagnosed by their tech, a number of things were suggested, among which was a cooling system flush. And the leak was from a strut, they told me. This company sends photos to show the results of the inspection. Well, the photo sent me was not of a leaking strut, but the front-end steering assembly. The other issue they noted was the rear brake pads and rotors replacement. I agreed to this since the car would have needed it eventually. It was not what I brought the car in for at all. The ***, however, does provide system flaws and indicated that a front sensor was required. They did not attend to this. I had the car checked by another mechanic, and there are no strut leaks. But this is not the crux of the matter. On this same invoice, they suggested a Coolant Flush since they said the fluid was contaminated. I agreed to this. Well, 2 weeks later I noticed the leak I asked them to check was worse, and what happened is that the engine lost all fluid, resulting in my having to tow the car with possible engine damage, only to discover that the last person to work on the cooling system did not tighten clamps properly. And the last person to work on this car was Green and Ross Concord, the tech named Hasan. I had to spend another $300.00 plus and lost time from work, just to remedy this. Not only did they recommend unwarranted work, but they messed up on the cooling system. Had I listened to them, I still would have had a coolant leak, and to boot would have been charged $1936.59 for a complete strut replacement, since they told me that is where the leak is from. If your organization is worth any salt, I look forward to hearing from you and from the manager of this Green and Ross. ***** ***** ###-###-####
