Michael from the company agreed to complete a job to install bathroom backsplashes in early 2022. He accepted a $500 deposit and signed a receipt for proof of deposit. After a few months in June 2022 he stated that due to health complications at the time that he would complete it when he gets better. I asked him if he had an approximate time frame but he did not reply my email. I have emailed him numerous times afterwards to follow up and I have not received any reply. I asked for a refund as well but that email also has not been answered.Business response

Money was returned to him on June 12 via etransfer
Unfortunately his emails went to the spam file. This has been resolved and moving forward spam folder is being checked weekly

I am writing back to inform you that I have heard back from House of Granite directly and they have refunded me the original $500 deposit that I made.Thank you,*******
