    Eddie came to our house and made an estimate of our boxes and furniture. He claimed the move was a 12 hour move, and he would likely send a 4th person to load locally but didn't. He did say there might be an issue with some of the equipment in our shed and Adirondack chairs fitting on the truck but all else should fit. The day of the move, they showed up with a small truck that was not able to load all of our stuff. ** ****** ** *** *** I rented a ten foot *****(all i could get that day), loaded it ourselves, and brought it up so they could help unload it in addition to their little truck. That wasn't all of it. I had to rent a 15 ft ***** the following day ourselves. This was not a few pieces of yard equipment that didn't fit. While they were 'careful' coming in and out if homes, the workers took 45-60 minute breaks during their day. The truck was not packed properly and they crushed a $400 ikea cabinet which they now claim was not identified for the move. It was piled in boxes so we did not find the damage for a week and the company now states the workers 'don't remember' the damage and aren't going to handle the damage even though they claim to be insured. Since Eddie never gave us anything in writing around his projected assessed inventory, there is no way for us to validate or invalidate the onsite assessment. I would never recommend this company. They claim they are white glove and will take care of everything but our experience was as far from that reality as could be possible. If you hire them, don't expect anything except a higher bill, and more replacement charges and headaches than you expect. To add, they were not working the full time as quoted because the truck was underfilled. I would have paid more to have this done properly and stress free. **** ** * ******* **** *** ****** *****e with lower quotes and low service. Don't believe the charismatic sales.

    There were several emails and phone calls exchanged prior to me posting on the Better Business Bureau. Your last call, where no message was left, was on a Sunday when I had my phone off *** *** ******** **** **** ** ****** ***** *** ***** ******* * ***** ****** ** *** ********* **** ** ******* ******* *** ** **** *** *******. It was only after you'd told me that you were taking no culpability, and I had advised you that if that was your position I was going to post here. That last phone call was conveniently after I informed you of my intentions to share my experiences. Feel free to email or call if you have a different solution that is a better reflection of your customer service and A+ rating claims. If you leave a message or ask me to reply to you, I will do so when I am free. Suggesting in a public forum that you attempted to resolve my issue is untoward, and doesn't accurately reflect the reality of our discourse.
