I have been with this company since July 2018 for a four year contract n my contract expired in July 2022.Ever since I have been trying to get the company to release my control panel so I can hook up with other cheap monitoring companies in the market but they keep on saying that's not possible even though it's just a matter of releasing the codes to me.******** ** *** **** ***** ******** * ******** * tgey don't have a working telephone to call .Have to phone numerous time before I connect with live agent.I want to get tge code release so I can do whatever I want to do..Review from Karen P

Won the security system free for 42 months. Last October their cheque was NSF , they didn't send more to cover the following months. Stopped payment coming out of my account They don't honour contract, threatening collections for their breach of contract, can't get ahold of them. Worst company ever! can never get a hold of them. my door bell camera hasnt been working properly since summer of 2021 and they told me if they send a tech out and its a wifi issue I will be charged like $100. most other companies would help you free of charge I am a very dissatisified customer.Review from Peter B

I won the security system and I am paying monthly, but now I have not received a cheque for 6 months and I have tried for the past 3 months to talk to anyone at the company who will listen, but I can only leave messages and no one ever gets back to me. I am owed over $500 and will probably never see the money. I needed work done because one of the sensors fell off my door and although their is a technical support line, they are unreachable. ************************* you cannot reach anyone or will anyone get back to you. *************************** they don't have any customer service.Review from Paul L

I tried to get hold of them by phone and allways got voice mail and no calls back.I also sent an email to tell them that I cancelled their contract with ******** but again no response.I just wanted to recover the 2 months money that I paid out of my pocket that they were supposed to pay.Their customer service is dreadfull and very frustrating to try to get in touch with someone,I will keep trying but am not hopefull.************************************Review from Peter W

I have been trying to contact them (Battikha) since August 2021 with no results and the last 2 cheques (Sept and Oct ) have been returned NSF. I do not know if I should deposit the next few cheques. I also have a problem with the system I need looked at since Aug. 2021.Review from Ian H

I have 2 Battikha cheques returned as NSF. They don't answer phones or emails. I am checking to see if the terms of the contract have not been honoured so that I can cancel the service. Ian H.Review from Bill P

I won a contest a couple of years ago in which they covered my monthly cost of the security with post dated cheques. Every thing was fine until the last 2 cheques went NSF. I've tried contacting the business with no response back from them with messages left on their answering machine.Review from Dionisios M.

********************* I went through the same problems with Battikhah back in Feb/2021. Specific dates for cheques being sent were never honored (This was stated by the lady manager). Did eventually receive the cheques at least 2 months after they were due and only after constant calling.
Have now run into another concerning issue. The Sept 14/2021 Bounced. Waiting to hear if my messages and email are returned. I am staring to believe that Battikhah is no longer a viable company, or they are not a reliable business.
