    I have tried more than once to have tropical sunrooms return our deposit of 4500.00. The last communication from them was on may 18th 2022 stating that they were having a meeting and would be discussing our refund and would let us know. Today is June 10th 2022 and we haven't heard a word. *************************************************** we know that no work has commenced we were told we could make changes up to the date that the sunroom went into production, and they would let us know when that date would be. They could not tell us when the install date was going to be either. Maybe next year?

    Yes I agreed to clear this up, after they returned 4000.00 of my deposit. Granted it took until today June 21st 2022 to make it happen. Yes we did come to an agreement by the time that Tropical Sunrooms received this complaint from the BBB of Kitchener. I originally filed the report on June 10th. We didn't cancel due to any issues with Tropical Sunrooms themselves, we canceled because our situation has changed and we are selling the house so we will no longer have it when it comes time to install the sunroom. The only issue I had with Tropical Sunrooms was the length of time it took to refund us our deposit. Although it wasn't the full amount, we agreed to let them keep 500.00 for any work that may have occurred during a month of them holding our deposit. So all in all my complaint has been resolved.
