            Purchased a brand new Hot tub from Garry garden gallery. Recieved it home. Installed on Nov 7th. Filled with water to function Nov 8th. Worked ok and heated up but heard a sound from the pump. Confirmed pump in hot tub is defective Nov 9th. Called garrys to inform. Told i must pay $150 for a service guy to come out and look at. Nov 11th spoke to inup manager. Told i must pay $150 for a service guy to come out and service it. I said the pump is defective and must be replaced. I have not even had the tub running more then 24hrs. I asked how do i return. His response was all it on ******. I asked for the owner. He said he is not allowed to give me that info i must pay the $150 to have a service guy to come out or call the mfg. I explained garrys some me a defective unit and should come good for it or allow me to return. In the end he has sent me a link tov their website to call and pay for a service tech.

            Won't honor original price of object.Put a new price sticker over the old one, which I didn't notice prior to purchase.

            Thank your for your reply the product in question did scan through our Pos system at the correct price that you had purchased the product for. The product was repriced at the correct price to match the bar code on the product our cash register system Garry's garden gallery Management team
