I purchased a Dutch oven on that arrived Oct 18. It was too small so I returned it on Oct 20, they received it in their warehouse on Oct 22. I was told there was a turnaround of 2-3 weeks for a refund, which would bring me to roughly the week of Nov 12. I have reached out multiple times wondering when I will be refunded and have been met with generic, copy/paste responses saying they are looking into it. It has now been 6 weeks and they still haven’t refunded my money. I was told they are processing my payment on Nov 22, and still nothing. I called today and all they do is say they will send an email to the credit dept. This has been the worst experience ever and I will never purchase a thing from this company ever again. They make you pay to return something when you ship it back and then they hold your money *******.Review from Janet B

I purchased a set of electric mills last November. It recently stopped working because the plastic molding holding the grinding unit in place broke. I can only assume that the plastic was cracked when we received the product. I have emailed the company as it should be covered by warranty. I received an email stating that my pictures show that it has been disassembled and therefore it is not covered under warranty. It has not been "DISASSEMBLED", it is clearly broken. I responded stating that it was not disassembled and they still argue that it was. Either the person who is responding has no idea how a mill works or they are clearly trying to avoid replacing my broken mill. This is extremely upsetting as they are accusing me of something I did not do. They cannot be reached by phone and they do not provide a contact name in their emails. They simply refuse to provide warranty coverage and there is nothing you can do about it.Review from Clayton T

Bought an expensive ******** pan only to find out that they don't include accurate sizing of the product. I called Zwilling asking for an exchange to one that fits the overall sizing I need, but they refused and told me I had to return it and buy the smaller size. In no way did they try to rectify the issue at all. Because they don't have a return system set up (**** **** ***** *************), or allow you to return the item to their big box stores, I had to return the item with insurance, which ended up costing me over 40 dollars. They are not a company that I will be doing business with in the future and I will take my business elsewhere.Review from Dan K

I had high expectations for my ******** pan, given the brand's reputation for quality. However, my experience has been deeply disappointing. After only a single use, the handle of the pan broke, suggesting a significant defect in manufacturing or design. Such a failure is surprising and unacceptable for a product at this price point. Seeking resolution, I contacted ********** customer service, expecting a prompt and fair response. Unfortunately, the experience worsened. I was informed that I would be responsible for both the shipping costs to return the defective pan and the costs to ship any replacement item. This policy is astonishing, especially considering the defect arose from no fault of my own but from what appears to be a flaw in the product's quality. This experience has left me questioning the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction and the durability of their products. It is unreasonable to expect customers to bear the cost of rectifying defects that should have been caught by the company's quality assurance processes. Bought an electric kettle that stopped working after less than a year. Spent 50% of the value of the kettle to ship it back for a replacement. After waiting 2 months we have just been informed that the replacement is out of stock and therefore shipment will be delayed another 4 weeks. They never even considered offering an upgraded version of the kettle which makes me believe they absolutely do not care or value a customer when dealing with a faulty product. I've spent more time and money than the kettle is worth. I will never buy or recommend a Zwilling product ever again. I've never been as disappointed with a company and their values. I don't even want the replacement as it will just remind me of this experience.Review from Jacqueline S

Every now and again, a consumer experience comes along that is so laughable, it’s almost not to be believed. Zwilling Canada takes top honours here. **** ****** **** ******* *** **** *** ***** ******** *** ***** I placed an order for a product that was “in stock.” Except that it wasn’t. Zwilling Canada’s website had this product constantly listed as “in stock” even when the company knows it isn't, and their site is not reflective of their real-time inventory. ** ******* Rather than let customers know that an item is on back order (in this case, indefinitely), Zwilling allows you to place the order, does not inform you that your order will not be delivered in any reasonable amount of time, and instead sends you on a wild goose chase to try and track down what you purchased. Customer service is * ***** *****, unresponsive, and downright unknowledgeable *** ***** **** **** ** ****. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it. Endless calls and emails (too many to count) for close to two months, misinformation, being ignored. **** ******* ***** ********* ** **** ********* *********** ***** ** ***** ***** It was 100% on me, the customer, to make sure I received my order. ZWILLING Enfinigy Thermal Carafe Drip Coffee Maker - Black First let me state that the Coffee tastes great. However, the Customer Service is terrible hence my rating. The carafe has developed a small leak after a months use. The group at product support feel this may be due to a valve in the lid of the carafe which allows water to somehow enter the handle and then drip out. Dealing with Customer Support has been a totally unsatisfactory experience which really makes me question J.A. HENCKELS commitment to actual customer service. I have an issue with returning a product I paid over $320 CAD, and due to distances and shipping times leaves me without the product for at least two weeks minimum. I might add that all costs are expected to be covered out of my pocket. Attending any of the J.A. HENCKELS stores in the Vancouver area would cost me a full day of travel, due to living on Vancouver Island, and costs which would add up to 50% of the value of the product which is also unsatisfactory. I can understand wanting to have the product returned and I am willing to do so but not until I have the product to replace it in hand. I also offered to buy a new carafe but that seems to be verboten. As it stands I cannot and will not recommend any J.A. The manager at ********* ***** Calgary, Alberta. So **** to the customer. She even says Nothing can be done after you walk out of store. NO Exchange or Warranty (even manufacture defective) *** ** ***** I had an email indicated that i can return my electric kettle to the store for them to ship back under warranty. She refused to do *** ***** ** ****. She has an attitude, very impolite . As a customer i feel like *** ******* **** ***** *** ********* Once you paid for the product you are on your own.
