Royal auto has horrible communication. Everytime I called to see where my car is at and if it's ready for pick up, no one was on the same track, I got different dates everytime. Got my car back after 3 months and they said the washer fluid reservoir tank was still on back order but if i want to take my car all i have to do is sign a liability form because it wont be safe to take without it but I agreed to sign it and bring it in when they get the part since we have nicer weather now and I wouldnt need the reservoir tank. When they finally said I could pick it up, the man who gave my keys back did an inspection around the vehicle with me to make sure everything was good and he said when the back ordered part is ready they would call and install it within half an hour. I drove off and checked to see if any fluid would come out and there was a reservoir tank already in there. You guys need to get it together ** *** **** ** *** * ********* make sure everyone in your team knows whats going on. When people put their trust in you, you should follow through **************.
