      **** ******* ******** * ** They keep playing this game where they make 0 attempts at delivery, but then write things such as "Unable to locate", "wrong address" and "customer refused". Then they return your package to sender. It's sad that they are literally charging companies money to deliver products, then make 0 attempts to actually deliver. And yes, I've been home *** ** ******** and can confirm 0 attempts actually made.

      A passenger pigeon would have been more reliable than this company. My order was shipped out using them, and my tracking number is ****************. I double and triple checked that the company was provided my proper shipping address, including phone number, building number, apartment number, and ring code. The person that was dispatched with my parcel delivered to the wrong address. Not even the wrong unit in my building, but the wrong building all together. I tried reaching out to them the day that my parcel was delivered to the wrong place, however they lack any form of telephone contact, so I had to wait till Monday to receive an email back from them. The complaint was placed on a saturday. I have yet to hear back from them, even though I sent them proof and they can see proof on their own end, that the delivery person dropped off my parcel at the completely wrong address. No attempt was made to contact me by the courier. No attempt has been made to reach out to me by The courier service after reporting the missing package. ***** ***** ** *** ******

      Safely deliver to front door means my front door, not the front door of our locked mail room. I live in a townhouse complex where we have numbered front doors. My package, which is not cheap could have been stolen, if not for a concerned neighbour who made me aware of my package.

      The Driver Could Not Locate My Door which hasn't ever happened ever by any carrier. They probably confused the unit number and street number, and did not properly read the map and GPS. Instead they blame me and said my adress is incomplete. I worry that my package will return to the sender. This is very disappointing. I've never had problems ordering from this merchant before. I think it's the first time they use Fleet Optics. Now not only I'm disappointed in Fleet Optics *** ***** **** ******** ** ******** * **** ********

      Fleet optics ** * ***** Worst customer service. I've searched for a number to call and there made sure there is no way to contact them. They can't deliver packages.       No direct number to contact the Richmond, BC office. Requests for updates ignored. Instructions regarding delivery ignored. Numerous messages sent stating this is a business address, but driver still attempts to deliver after business hours when the building is closed, and the "second attempt" was made on a statutory holiday. * ** ******* **** **** ******* ** ***** ** ********* ****

      ***** ******** ******* the delivery person said he attempted to delivery my package while I was in the house all day waiting for said package and have **** camera clearly visible on my door. I am forced to go o. Vacation without a package I ordered and made sure it will be delivered 2 days prior to today. Customer service representative were **** when they answered the phone.

      Hello, There was an attempt to deliver by Fleet optics once and it is now being returned to the sender. There is nobody I can call to try and reattempt delivery or pick it up from a station. Delivery was attempted once!
