1 starI spent $4,000 on a brand new Bosch oven expecting a high-quality product—and instead, I’ve been stuck with a completely non-functional appliance from day one. The oven has had issues from day 1, and despite having a technician come out three separate times, the issue still isn’t resolved. It’s now been over a month since the technician came to fix the oven, and I’m stuck in customer service limbo. Every time I call, I’m told they can “leave a note” to escalate the case—but guess what? No one ever calls back. No updates, no resolution, and no one who seems remotely interested in helping. **** *** ** **** ** * **** ******* **** ** ***** *** **** ***** *** ** ******* ******* my expensive Bosch oven is just a ******* piece of furniture in my kitchen. **** ** ***** **** the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. ** ****** *********** * ***** *********** **** ******** *** *********** *** *** **** * ******* **** ******** ****** ****** ***** ******** *** ******** ***** **********Review fromDavid C

Bought a dishwasher and had constant repairs issues over a 4 year period which totaled MORE that what we paid for the dishwasher. The zeolite system needed replacing which we were told by two different repair companies was unusual and that we should contact Bosch. The Bosch Canada website was awful. We submitted a complaint on their online system only to be told that the system did not capture the complaint. I called the Bosch # on the Canada website only to be told that it was an international #. I had to call back 3 times before they finally gave me the Canadian #. *** *** **** **** **** ***** I then called the Canadian line and had to submit all the documentation three times because they kept saying they didn't have it. The CSR reps **** ****** **** ** spoke VERY poor English. ***** *** ****** The product is awful and the customer support is EVEN WORSE. We were really disappointed since we paid a premium to buy Bosch. I now have several hours invested in trying to get some type of compensation and at least 15 phone calls. VERY DISAPPOINTED.Bosch Canada

1 star2020: ** ****** moved into a new apartment equipped with a Bosch refrigerator. September 2024: We contacted Bosch's customer service to address a minor display light malfunction and slight dripping in the upper section of the refrigerator. Repair Timeline: October 4: A technician assessed the issue, recommending the replacement of a top component. Due to ice buildup, immediate replacement was not possible, and we rescheduled after defrosting. October 15: The technician replaced the specified part; however, the refrigerator ceased functioning entirely afterward. He then suggested replacing the main board, which was scheduled for a later date. October 24: The main board was replaced, but the refrigerator remained inoperable. The technician declared it beyond repair. Subsequent Developments: After numerous communications with Bosch's customer service, involving multiple representatives and case numbers, we received a 30-day offer on November 1, 2024, for a replacement model ********** priced at $4,679.55 CAD plus taxes, along with a labor fee of $544.95, totaling $5,224.50 CAD plus taxes. Given the essential nature of a refrigerator *** ** ******* ******* we accepted the offer. Current Situation: November 14: I emailed Bosch requesting payment instructions to expedite the process. November 14 – 28: Despite sending nine follow-up emails, I received no response. On November 22, Bosch indicated that payment information would be provided within 2-3 business days. As of November 28, no such information has been received. This ordeal has caused significant stress for my family and me. In hindsight, had we not engaged Bosch's repair services, ** ****** would still have a partially functional refrigerator, sparing *** the current inconvenience and frustration. * ****** ******* *** ****** ******** ******** ********** ** ****** Bosch to provide a definitive timeline for the delivery and installation of the replacement refrigerator.Review fromVeronica D

1 starOn October 10, 2024, a Bosch service technician came to service our dishwasher, which had stopped working properly. He informed us that a new drain pump was needed and proceeded to order the part. On October 30, our dishwasher started to leak water and I immediately called Bosch, who said they were unable to send a technician of their own, but that they would reimburse me for the cost of a plumber who would disconnect the machine. They also assured me that they would refund the cost of the initial service call, as the technician did not take proper steps to ensure that water would not leak out of the machine while we waited for the part to arrive. I did as the customer service agent advised (she had also checked with her supervisor, who gave her the okay) and a plumber came to disconnect the machine. When the dishwasher was pulled out , a pool of water was discovered, which caused our flooring to bow. I proceeded to file a claim with the Bosch Property Damage Claims Department on November 1, 2024. Today is November 28th, 2024. This month, I have called Bosch 4 times to ask for an update on our claim and there have been no updates. I have sent Bosch receipts and was also told that we may be eligible to receive a new dishwasher, as our current one does not appear fixable. There have been no updates with this either - only run arounds and being told that 'our case is being considered'. We have not had a working dishwasher for 6 weeks now, I am out a total of $400 for the initial service call with Bosch plus the plumber's bill, and Bosch has become unresponsive. They record calls between customers. It is on their records that their customer service representative promised reimbursement, yet they now remain silent. I have heard nothing from their property claims department and nothing about receiving a new dishwasher. **** ***** ** ******** ******* ** ****** ************* *** *** **** ** ** ***** *************** ***** ** *** ******Review fromBeate B

1 starWe bought a high end fridge/freezer from Bosch Canada 4 years ago and experienced a total electrical failure, that cannot be repaired by Bosch. This was diagnosed by a certified Bosch repair service and documented to Bosch directly. This all happened 5 weeks ago and Bosch Canada is not willing to replace the appliance. We were offered half of the purchase price, which we rejected. We have trie daily to get someone to speak to us directly, but end up in a calling centre in Montreal, and every time a new calling centre customer service person. We are beyond frustrations and without a functioning appliance. *** ***** *********** ***** ** ******* ************ ********** ***** * **** ********Review fromRobert A

1 starWe purchase a Bosch Fridge, stove and dishwasher. Over the past 8 months I was lied to ( said they would replace the handles on the fridge) continued to put me off - apologizing , asking me to be understanding, stating that the parts would be made of the same substandard and faulty materials. Asking for prof of purchase and pictures of the fridge ( without handles - CSR said it was only cause medic --- I guess they don't know that handle are functional !!!! not cause medic). The last communication said that they will not be replacing the handles and that they will not be communicating with me any more. ***** ** **** ***** I have all the e mails *** ** ***** *** ***** **** **** **** *** ** ******** I will NEVER recommend or purchase ANY Bosch products again. ** *********Review fromJohn F

1 starWe bought a Bosch dishwasher model ********** from ***** back in 2016 for $1597. Over time we’ve invested roughly $800-1000 on repairs. All the major parts broke down. We got the repairs serviced by Bosch technicians who charge $150 an hour whether they actually fix the problem or not. You pay for their time. If you seek compensation and understanding from their service department, you will receive none. We asked for a discount on a new Bosch dishwasher and were offered a similar model for $1591. * ***** ********* *** *** ********* *** * ******* *** ******** ******* *** ********Review frompindy a

We own multiple Bosch Appliances (we bought a package). The appliances are nice ...until they breakdown and only because they have NO replacement parts. We have already waited almost 4 months for replacement fridge parts and have been told recently that the wait is even longer. No end is sight here. Some initial support from the Support Line but now their responses are delayed like their parts. ****** ** ****** * *** ****** **** **** ********* ***** *** ********** **********Bosch Canada

1 starMy Bosch dishwasher was showing an error code *** just after five years. The Bosch Canada agent told me to get it repaired and submit documentation. I did that. After three months after that, Bosch denied the claim even though it was just for the cost of the recirculating pump. My previous dishwashers from ****** lasted more than 15 years without any issues. Bosch produces lower quality dishwashers and provides extremely poor customer service
