    **** ******* ****** *** ****** ** ***** *** **** ********** Their weight measurements cannot be trusted. * **** **** ******** ******** *** ** *****. I suspect they manipulated the weight from around 4,000 pounds to 6,000 pounds.

    ***** *** ********* **** ******** ** ********* Total disrespect from the movers who dropped our belongings off to the customer service agent (Jennifer) as well as the operations manager (Steve) - who called my husband a ****** as well as an Asian ***** while on a phone call. The movers showed up and started damaging my stairs and when I made them aware of it nicely the man told me I was ***** and started ******* at me saying he did nothing wrong, after that encounter he banged my items around and hit my mirror and other items hard to leave gashs. He was smirking and laughing at me while I watched him saying “oh you’re watching now? You must really like me” “this is your karma” “did you even have morning coffee today” telling me I should find him a new job. Beyond distasteful and ************* considering we paid alot of money and told our items would be delivered within 10 days and it’s been over a month now. **** ** **** *** ********** Nobody would leave us their names or even apologize for their behaviour. Calling their customer service line was useless. When the movers went to leave my house they wanted me to sign a contract and I said I will not unless I can have a moment to read over the information. The totals were wrong and I tried speaking to manager and didn’t go well. The mover then banged on my door, proceeded to walk into my house and demand the sheets signed and I said please leave my house and I went to shut my door and he stepped his foot between the door and I pushed it back at me and held it open until one of my friends showed up and demanded he leave the property. They then banged on the front and back door multiple times and I’m still in shock and worried. They finally left and I am in complete disbelief by the way myself and my husband have been treated. This is beyond ************* and uncalled for and we have had no luck speaking to anyone about this *** **** ** **** *** ****** ***** **** *** ***** **** **** ***** ************ ****** ** *****

    This company caused a lot of stress to me and my family. We trusted them with our biggest move; half of our furniture was lost in transit and most came with scratches and other damages. The company is unsympathetic and unresponsive. unsympathetic. It has left a financial burden and stress on my family and I do not recommend their services to anybody else.

    I had a bad experience working with this company. Three weeks ago, I sent my household items from Langley BC to Saint John NB. I arranged this through ENTERPRISE company. Even though I was confident about the weight of my shipment, I asked the company to weigh my goods precisely so I would know how much I should pay. Now my shipment is being held in Toronto, and an invoice has been issued indicating that my shipment is exactly double the weight, and I have to pay an additional $1,000. I have made several offers, all of which have been rejected. For instance, I suggested paying the entire amount if the shipment could be weighed in my presence in Saint John. However, they said they don't have the facility to weigh in another city. I asked for the name of the manager or customer service representative, but they did not provide it.

    I had booked a load with them from alberta to ontario. When we first spke my load was supposed to be dropped off on the 4 th bit they said they dont have a truck going on that day. After a few days i received a call from them saying it will be delivered on the 5th early morning at 6 Am whoch was fine with me. I had been up since 5:30 am and didnt take a day off from my job since they said they will be here at 6 am. Received a call from the driver at 8 am saying they are running late and will arrive around 10 am. Called the company and the guy said its not my problem you are up since 5:30 and had to miss a day from work.     I had a very bad experience with this company , I am planning to move from saskatchewan to ontario this month July 2022. One of my friends moved start of this month and the company changed their pick up time more than 3 times and as of today (14th day), their items haven't delivered . the company said it will be delivered in 8-10 days. After hearing this, we got disturbed and we called them and said to cancel the service and refund the advance of $200. the staff said its non refundable which is not mentioned anywhere between the conversation or their emails or in the cancellation policy which they do not have one as well. After sometime, the staff texted stating that " you will get the refund". Since we haven't heard from them we called again and the staff transferred the call to the manager STEVE . He stated that we cannot guarantee the pick up date or delivery date, if you do not wish to go with the service "you can give up the money , its just $200. We again emailed to let them know that we want to cancel the service and refund*************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ***
