1 star*** * I received a parking ticket as my vehicle was left for me at a location that required registered parking. I had 7 days to pay the lesser fine before it increase by $35.00. I was on day 4 of 7, but this was my first chance to make the call to pay it. The ticket face indicated 2 methods of payment, a phone number or a mailing address. I opted for the telephone method. Note: Indigo Website says their offices are open through to 5pm. I started calling the number provided at 1:20pm. I called several times and it went to VM, saying to leave a message and if urgent to send an email and then gave the email address. I tried twice and it came back undeliverable. I contacted the head office phone number in Montreal, told the agent of my situation and she immediately advised that the email address was not good and provided me with another email address, saying I should be contacting the Toronto Office. I called the Toronto Office and in doing so was given the option of pressing "2" to pay the ticket, .....silence lots of silence. Tried several times, finally, a message saying they could not accept ticket payments. Went to the "pay ticket" option on website, it sent me to same phone number. I left an email and a long VM stating that the business was unprofessional, and I am just trying to be in compliance to pay my ticket and I cannot reach anyone anywhere and the 1 person I did reach couldn't service me. This was stressful and despairing as I could not pay my ticket. I finally wrote a cheque, took a picture of it w/the original ticket, put it in an envelope and drove to Canada Post to mail it. Clerk date stamped it, I took a photo of it for proof of date of mailing. The most unprofessional organization, very efficient at ticketing not so much when it comes to trying to pay it. I am writing this email in regards to a parking ticket which I received today afternoon stating that the due date is today itself. The ticket is regarding my visit to pearson airport on June 5,2024 . On the date mentioned I went to receive my mother from airport who needed assistance with the luggage and was on a wheal chair. Since she was still inside the airport and I was trying to call her I decided to park there until I connect with her, as the airport was busy,This cause me to wait for her until I get airport aid to get the assistance. The wait time was not more than 10-15 mins, and I was sitting in the car for the entire time, nobody came to me and told me that I cannot park there, if somebody told me directly I would have moved right away as it was not intentional.It was my first time getting to the airport to receive somebody and I was not aware that I cannot park there,I figured I would park along with other cars for the first time as I arrived a slightly early. I also thought it was okay because I didn't see any signs that I couldn't park there. I have reviewed my picture of proof for my violation, but it does not showcase enough evidence. It does not showcase enough surroundings and does not even showcase my vehicle. It does not showcase my vehicle was at an area where no parking or stopping. I sincerely apologize for the incident, i even tried calling the number given on the ticket to contact someone to resolve the issue as I got no time because I received it today and that’s the due date. I received today (May 29, 2024) a "notice of infraction" for my car, claiming a parking infraction 19 days ago, and payment of $85 within 10 days. The car had not been anywhere near the alleged site of the infraction on the alleged date, and the photo of the alleged infraction clearly showed that the vehicle in question was of a different model and had a different plate number. ** ** ***** *** ************ * ************ ********* ** issuing such a notice is unacceptable on the part of any organization licensed to levy fines.Indigo Park - Toronto

I am writing to address an issue regarding parking tickets I recently received at Terminal #1 on April 14, 2024. On the aforementioned date, I arrived at the airport to pick up my ******** mother. Due to her need for assistance with luggage, I had to wait for the airport's personnel to aid her, causing a brief delay in my exit from the parking area. *************, I just discovered three parking tickets had been issued to me. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the tickets were erroneously dated April 13, 2024, whereas my presence at the airport was on April 14, 2024. Furthermore, two of the tickets were issued at the same time, 4:16 pm, while the third was allegedly issued at 4:09 pm. Hello, Indigo only issues violations for parking along the shoulders and curbs of the roadways leading into the terminal and not at the Arrival's or Departures curb. Please visit the web portal and retrieve the pictures capturing your vehicle and please provide. Once provided, we can review your case. 1 starAs our return to office started about a year ago, I am in the office from 1-3 days downtown. To contribute to our local downtown economy, I always pay for my parking. Which is anywhere from $30-$90 per week. Which is not a huge expense for me. BUT, I take great regard when I randomly get a collections notice for $850 without any back up information nor any previous mail from indigo themself. Also, I have called their number several times and left messages in the past with no return call because their app sometimes doesn’t work nor their machine. I pay always with the app and have attempted only twice to pay by machine and both times with the machine it wasn’t working properly. * *** ****** ****** ******* *** *********** * ****** **** this is the worse customer service I have probably experienced. The one time I reached someone to advise their app was down, she said “oh, you have to call technical support”. My response “why am I calling when I’m reporting to you I am unable to pay and asked how they can help as I didn’t want to get a ticket”. She also didn’t have a number for “technical support”. There was no support needed technically as the app was completely down. Had they just returned calls we could have easily resolved some of these issues. But the fault is on them. I was given a parking notice for parking ** ** ********* during day hours ( 7 AM to 11 PM) allowable parking times. London ON on Feb 27 2024 ***** **** ****. No reason for the ticket what so ever I did not break any parking rules. We were only back a couple hours and a notice of $60.00 was left on my windshield @ 4: 23 PM. * ** **** ** ** ******** have left about 6 voice mails regarding the notice give during parking hours your voce message states if you wish to leave a message someone would get back to me yet not one return call as well as no one ever picks up the phone. I have attempted to reach them also via email with no luck email will not allow me to do so. Very poor customer service. Hello, this is very unfair you guys sent me two notice of violation about $107 each notice. Both notices are from Nov 23rd 2023. You guys didn’t send me any warning letter stating issue. All roadways are well signed and digital signage exists at all highway entrances indicating that this is prohibited. I visited 30 Gibbs Road in Etobicoke on September 30th 2023 at around noon when after my work I left. I tried scanning the ticket and tried to pay $6 but it did not accept my tap pay nor did it accept my card, after multiple tries the ticket was not even working and it showed "Ticket Already used" but that's weird because payment was never gone through. I tried calling the Help desk multiple times but they were not ready to help in any case and asked me to pay for the Lost Ticket if we wanna exit the parking lot even after having the ticket, and it was clearly some machine issue as it never showed how to pay. I kindly request to return my lost ticket charges of $100 CAD since we had a ticket but the machine never accepted the payment. The service by the rep was extremely rude and unprofessional at the time of incident . Now when I am emailing at, company is not even bothered to reply and took my money away for no reason. Its been more than a week and no reply at all. This is the worst company I have ever experienced.Indigo Park - Toronto
