Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this comment. My Notice number is ******* from Indigo Park. I was picking my friend up from the Toronto Pearson International Airport in the afternoon on January 21st, 2024. That was my first time to drive to the airport and I had no clue how busy it was. There were many cars parking on the curbside, and I thought it was an eligible parking spot. I did not see the "no parking sign" on the ground because there were many cars and it was blocked. However, I do apologize for parking in the wrong place. I'm still a student and I don't have a job. I can't afford to pay for the ticket and I need the money for my education and living. Please void this ticket. Thank you for understanding and compassion.Business response

My Notice number is ******* from Indigo Park. I was picking my friend up from the Toronto Pearson Airport in the afternoon on December 17th, 2023. I saw many cars parking on the curbside, and I did not see the "no parking sign" on the ground at that time because there may be many cars and it was blocked. After I got the ticket, I went there to check out and paid more attention on the road curbside. Yes I found there're several small signages. It's not easy for the drivers who are not familiar that area to find out. I tried to contact Indigo Park to explaine but was not even succesful to access them. Unlike other parking tickets issued by police and local parking enforcement authorities, this ticket seems having no chance to negociate. This business seems not nice to public. Please help me to find the way to void this ticket. Thank you for understanding and compassion.Business response

Hello,
The roadways leading into the terminal are signed wqith "No Parking" and "No Stopping" signage for public safety reasons. Additionally, all highway access leading into the terminals have large digital signage indicating "Parking along the curbs may result in a $85 fine". Please contact the call center Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5pm at ###-###-#### to obtain the pictures capturing your vehicle. Once provided we will review your case.

I received a letter from Indigo Park today ( Jan. 10 2024 ) , my car license plate no. is *******, Notice no. ******* . I was dropping off my daughter at Pearson Airport on Dec 25, 2023, I parked my car in less than 3 minutes helping her to unload luggage and had a brief goodbye chat with her and left. It took total less than 3 minutes . There were many cars parking on the curbside, and I did not see the "no parking sign" on the ground ( ****** *** ***** ******** ******** ** ****** **** ) . Hello,
Thank you for providing the photo capturing your vehicle. The information provided confirms the violation was issued correctly. You were not issued a violation at the Departures or Arrivals curb while dropping someone off, but because you parked along the shoulder of the highway leading into the Terminals. This is prohibited for public safety reasons. We have reviewed your case and have decided to reduce the vioilation to $60.

My Notice number is ******* from Indigo Park at 5:40pm and another same ticket with notice number ******* from Indigo Park at 5:45pm just 5 mins later. I don’t understand why I received 2 tickets within 5 mins. I was picking my friend up from the ******* ************* Airport in the evening on August 30th, 2023. There were many cars parking on the curbside, and I thought it was an eligible parking spot. I did not see the "no parking sign" on the ground because there were many cars and it was blocked. However, I do apologize for parking in the wrong place. I'm still a student and I don't have a job. I can't afford to pay for the ticket and I need the money for my education and living. Hello,
There is extensive signage along the roadway indication "No Stopping" and "No Parking". Additionally, all highway acces leading into the airport has digital signage indication "Stopping along the curbs may result in a $85 fine." We will void violation ******* and reduce violation ******* to $60. Please contact the call center to make payment arrangements.

I am rejecting this response because: where I parked there wasnt any signage for sure that is the only reason why I stopped there. On the other curb there were many cars where there were signage but I didnt stop there. I would request you to please consider my appeal and void the other one too. Thanks!

Claim# ******* and *******. License plate **** ***. On Aug 23 I was at *** airport and picking up a friend. I was initially parked in the cellphone lot but upon seeing my friends text message I headed to the designated airport pickup location. However, there my friend had a checked in bag go missing so was dealing with it at the airport and I had no choice but to circle around the airport. I should have gassed up before hand but I was running low on fuel and decided to stay put in a spot I deemed to be safe. There were 4 other cars in front of me and I did not notice the ******* parking signs. Furthermore, I believe I was ticketed twice for the same violation which I do not agree with. I only received a letter in the mail for the first fine *******, but not the second one *******, so it came as a devastating surprise to me. Before I thought I only had one ticket to pay but I found out I had to pay two. Please reconsider the fines as I was stressed at the time and dealing with financial misfortune.Business response

I recently received a Notice No:******* saying I had my vehicle parked leading on the road leading to/from the airport. This is something new to me and not all people are ware of this. I tried to contact Indigo at ************** twice and even left a voicemail giving my contact details for a callback. I strongly believe the charge issued to me is incorrect. There were no signs on the road saying "not to stop" and I parked on the roadside just to take a call for not more than 5 mins. Since there was no signages nor any warning symbols, I kindly request the team to waive my charges. As per the notice issued to me, the due date to pay the fine amount is 09/10/2023 and I request you to expedite my request.Business response

The roadways leading into the terminal are agressively signed with "No Stopping" and "No Parking" signage. We have also placed pylons blocking the shoulder to discourage visitors from doing so. Additionally, all highway access leading into the airport has large digital signage indicating "Parking along the shoulder may result in a $85 fine."Unfortunately, your request has been denied. Jun 14, 2023. Ticket #******* I went to pick up my daughter from the airport as she was coming from Vancouver to visit family. I always noticed cars parked leading to the terminal before and never knew it was a violation. I figured I would park along with other cars for the first time as I arrived a slightly early. I also thought it was okay becasue I didn't see any signs that I couldn't park there. I have reviewed my picture of proof for my violation, but it does not showcase enough evidence. It does not showcase enough surroundings and does not even showcase my vehicle. It does not showcase my vehicle was at an area where no parking or stopping. I would like to waive this ticket. On July 1st, 2023 at **** and **** I received two violation ticket canr in the mail on July 19. Where I was park there were multiple cars waiting for arrivals to land. Instend of circling around I pulled over and waited less then 40 minutes. I did not move my vehicle during our time waiting but received 2 tickets within 28 minutes of each other, how is this possible. I have called 1********** to speak with an individual and have not received a call back, it's been a week thus far. I would have paid the first one to avoid the stress, but in no way am I paying for two.Business response

Hello, I was at the airport picking up my family and saw a bunch of cars off to the side, so I pulled in with them and waited for a text from the late arrivals. I did not see a sign anywhere saying no parking and did not leave my vehicle. On the website when I went to check to see what this was about it said that a notice was placed on my vehicle, which was definitely not true, since I was in it and would have noticed. Also I received the notice in the mail after the due date that says you have to pay more. I am asking that this ticket be revoked or at least lessened as there were no signs and the ticket didn't come until after the Due Date. Thank you!Business response
