      I saw an ad for a 30 day trial for 50+ and responded,and they were quick to call and book appt,but only during business hours so I was forced to take time from work. Once at the appt,they did a hearing test in which they can charge for,but then told me afterwards,sorry the trial is full. This should have been information given up front. I decided to go ahead with hearing aid,and was given the option of full payment,********** payment plan over 2years or direct payment from banking acct over 2 yrs. I wanted to give 1000 deposit but was told I could do that when I picked up aids in 1.5 weeks. 2.5 weeks later, I finally had to call them to see what was up and was told they needed void cheque,that finance was holding it up and that they had not even ordered the aids. It would be another 1.5 weeks. Also was told sorry,we cannot do ********** deposit,it had to be acct. They needed a void chq from my bank or the Information,I took time off work again and went in to give them transit,institution and acct #. 3 weeks went by and then they called to say no,they still had not ordered the aids,they needed physical copy of my bank acct. I am with ** and do not have a bank I can go into.this company lures u in for hearing exam they can bill for,then drags feet until you move on.they give conflicting Information and I believe they are billing government and not providing what they set out too,* ***** ***** ********* **** ******* ** ** ****** * *** ***** * ***** **** ******* ***** ***** ** *******
