            ************************* MAGICAL CREDIT ALTERED MY CONTRACT SAYING I TOOK OUT A LOAN TWO YEARS AGO WHEN IN FACT IT WAS OVER EIGHT YEARS AGO WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THIS I WAS TOLD THEY HAD MOVED THEIR OFFICE AND HAD A COMPUTER CLITCH?? NOW THEY WON'T RESPOND TO MY CALLS OR EMAILS. THEY HAVE CHARGED ME OVER $6,000. IN INTEREST THATS A-LOT OF INTEREST ON A TWO YEAR OLD LOAN WOULDN'T YOU SAY ?? HOW A LOAN COMPANY THINKS ITS OKAY TO ALTER ********* A CUSTOMERS CONTRACT? I GUESS THEY WERE CROSSING THEIR FINGERS THAT I WOULDN'T NOTICE OR THAT I NO LONGER HAD THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT ***************************************************************

            Hi Linda, we haven't hear from you in years. We can guarantee you nothing on your original contract was altered. Yes, your file has been sent to 3rd party collections. Please request your contract from them as they will be happy to hear from you. If there is an error on your credit report, please connect directly with your credit bureau and we will make sure it gets fixed. Hoping you can get your account settled with **********************.             It shows on the credit report which was provided by your office that I obtained )that means opened), a loan out with you in September 2020 and that two payments were made in September and October of 2020? It has been brought to your attention and you've done nothing. You didn't just send my file to *************** two years ago? Why does it show loan opened in 2020? Just a simple mistake ? Why does it show two payments made in 2020? Just a simple mistake? I've seen a copy of the contract which is unsigned and states loan opened in 2020. Please show the actual date and original contract if it was just a simple mistake!? I'm confused how you can keep a file open for so long and continue charging me interest? Just a simple mistake again? Come on Magical Credit you can do better than that.

            Hi Linda, yes it is a mistake on your credit. We received a request from ******* to update it on January 11, 2022. This has been completed. We have not received any payments for your loan originated on 6/15/2015. There is no other loans under your name at Magical credit. Yes, your file was kept in-house collections and accrued interest until we sent it to 3rd party collections in September 2021.
