      Since they took over from **** ******, service not up to mark! Specially if you going to talk someone in customer services! Big 0 on service! Seems like comwave try to cut corners! ****** ** ******* ********* Try first as trail for few weeks on month ********** ***********! Otherwise you are on God mercies

      Terrible. If it's not the t.v. working, it's the computer not working. Spent many hours with the technicians and still no results. I want to cancel but think I'm under a contract with them. The telephone also has issues.

      We have reviewed the customer’s case and based on our records, the inconvenience with the TV service was reported in July 2022, after completing troubleshooting steps he was advised to contact his TV manufacturer as the issue was not related to our TV service. The same suggestion was made in September.
      As per the last interaction made with our technicians on Oct 18th, a tech appointment was scheduled for Oct 20th; since then, no further assistance has been requested.
      Additionally, services are based on a 3 year term upon renewal made in December 2021 with the promotion of 6 Free Months pursuant to our Terms of Service 3.04; which promotion has already been applied to the account.
      ?If there are any technical difficulties with the services, we have enabled a line for him to reach out to our team over the phone if further assistance is needed. Kindly contact our Technical Support Team at 1-877-474-6638 from Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST. Saturday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.

      You are never truly done with Comwave. After finally getting rid of their atrocious service and returning the equipment following the directions they provided, and having confirmation that the equipment was received by Comwave, I am being threatened with a $95 Non Return Fee for the modem and three boxes. *** ***** ********* *** ****? They have everything but still want to charge me??

      ?We have reviewed the customer's account and based on our records, a reminder email advising him to return the equipment back was automatically sent on September 11, 2022.
      ?Kindly note that all items were marked as returned by September 14, 2022. On the same date, an email was sent confirming that all devices were received.
