    I purchased a gaming chair from the business on 05/14/2020. I chose this company because of their product ******* and their warranty policy. After a little over two years of usage, the metal welding on the base of the chair has completely cracked and has rendered the chair unusable, as the chair will fall backwards off the base if someone tries to sit on it. I have contacted the business through several support e-mail addresses sending them pictures of the defect and explaining that this does fall under their warranty policy which states: "Clutch Chairz Ltd (referred to as Clutch Chairz from this point) warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years on chair parts (armrest, mechanism, gas lift, base, wheels, hinges or hinge covers)". I have received no response after weeks of trying to contact support through e-mail and social media handles, and therefore no attempts to resolve the problem by the company. My order number is ***** and I paid a total of $403.19 for this chair, expecting it to last quite a lot longer than two years. I will be attaching pictures of the defect with the welding on the base of the chair for your consideration. I thank you kindly in advance for pursuing this issue on my behalf.     I placed a order (*************) for 3 hight adjustable desks with Clutch chairs on March 25th. The orders I recieved included all the parts except for one of them. The desk in question was missing the top part of the desk. I reached out to Clutch Chairz support and was told the part would be sent to me. I have reached out to customer service several times and each time I did I am given the run around. I have requested to speak with managment regarding the missing piece but I have yet to hear anything back. I would like clutch chairs to either refund me or send me the missing piece so I can conclude my buisness with them.

    I ordered a desk in November 2021 and the company sent me a different inferior desk. I notified the company three separate times by email (company has no listed address or phone number) and they did not respond. I filed a dispute with my credit card in December 2021. The company advised the credit card company that they would resolve the issue with me. The company asked me to mail the desk I received back to them and they would then issue a refund or send the correct desk. *********************************************************************************** have asked the company to refund me for the desk I ordered and never received. They have refused.

    Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/04/07) */ We have been in contact with this customer several times and have offered them a return label free of charge so they can have it shipped back to us and we will send them the correct one. The customer refused and said they want to KEEP this desk for free and have the correct one shipped out. Following our company's policies, we let them know we cannot do that and we can't offer a refund like this as you have one of our products that you are not willing to return. The customer then went ahead and filed a dispute with their credit card company which they lost due to them not being willing to return the wrong package and wanting the correct one send out as well. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/04/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The company offered to refund me the price difference from the desk I ordered and the desk I received. I accepted and they have not provided the refund or responded to multiple emails I have sent. I would also like to add that I contacted the company multiple times when I first received the wrong item and they ignored me for 2 MONTHS until I filed a complaint with my credit card company. At which point they asked me to box up and mail a giant desk to them as the only option. ********************************************************************************************************* I agreed to accept the price difference, but now they are once again ignoring me.
