    I purchased a clinical laser device from NOI in November of 2022. Following purchase, the device was in disrepair/ in their repair facility. Upon arrival the machine had a leak. It was repaired. The first hand piece was sent in December 2022 and was resolved end of January 2023. Complaints sent to company in regarding poor training provided and the issues already seen January 2023. March 2023 a different hand piece went in for repair and finally fixed April 25 2023. March 2023 another hand piece was not working and was resolved May 2023. ***** **** ** ****** ** ***** *** ******** **** *** ******* *** *** ****** **** ****** ******* ** ** ** ********* ** **** ** *** ******* *** ******** ****** ****** **** ** ***** ** ***** ********** I was informed by the leasing company that the lease would be allowed to be terminated if NOI would take the machine back. NOI refused. I have sent 2 letters from a lawyer and they have answered one, extending a warranty for 3 months and refusing to answer the second. **** ******** **** ******* *** ******** **** ** ******* * **** *** ***** ** ****** * ******** ******* ******* ****** *** **** ** * ******** ** ***** ** **** **** ** ****** ********* They have sold a faulty piece of equipment and sold to be as a demo model "lightly-used, new, like new". **** **** ******* ** ** they NEVER told me what year the model was.
