    On November. 13th, 2021 I bought a brand new set of winter tires from Canadian Tire (Invoice # ***************). I dropped my car off in the morning to get it installed. I picked up the car later that afternoon as one of my friend's dropped me off to pick up my car. I drove the car back home on the same day and I did not use the car till Sunday, November. 14th, 2021. On that Sunday when I used the car I noticed that the tire pressure was low and I had to go to the **** gas station to refill air in my tires. The next morning I noticed that my tire pressure was low again and I had to go back to **** to refill air in my tires, this is when I decided to take it back to Canadian Tire so that they could figure out what the problem was. So on Monday. November. 15th, 2021 I dropped my car off at Canadian Tire, they told me that the issue was that the tire pressure was leaking in all 4 tires and it was not sealed properly, they mentioned they refilled the air in the tires and resealed the tires. I picked up the car later that day, the same friend dropped me off to pick up my car. I drove the car around for a bit that day and I found that it seemed fine. The next evening Tuesday, November.16th, 2021, I noticed the same-thing occurred in my tires and tire pressure was low again. I took it back to Canadian Tire that night and they told me I had to leave my car overnight to get it fixed. My friend was nice enough to drive me back home that night and drop me off the next morning on Wednesday, November.17th, 2021 to pickup my car when it was fixed. The Canadian Tire reps told me on Wednesday that 2 of tires had low pressure and had to be resealed again. So that Wednesday I was very worried to drive my car because I had to make a long distance drive back to Toronto and I was worried something would happen to the brand new tires I bought from Canadian Tire and I am having so many issues with. It took me almost one week for Canadian Tire to fix brand new tires on my car.

    I had them put my winter tires on rims, the day they did it as soon as I got home my tire light came on. I live 5 minutes from the local Canadian Tire. I checked the pressure and two of the four did not have enough air. I filled them to the proper pressure. The next morning they were flat again. I called Canadian Tire to have them check them. 2 days later they scheduled an appointment for me to have my tires checked. When I arrived they told me they could no longer do it and cancelled my appointment. I was rescheduled for a week later. When I brought my car in for that appointment they told me they only had enough time to fill my tires with air and not check for the problem. I had been filling the tires every day since they were put on. They rescheduled me for 2 weeks later and told me it would cost me the price to remove the tires from the rims put them back on, change all valve stems if they needed it and rebalance the tires. Everything I had just paid for less than 2 weeks prior. They said that the valve stems should have been replaced originally bc that was most likely the problem but no one told me as I would have gladly changed them when they were doing the tires the first time. (it's $5 a valve stem) I told them I didn't know what they needed but to do what had to be done the first time. They now expect me to pay again when it wasn't done right the first time. I will never take my vehicle to a Canadian Tire again. They are crooks and think they can take advantage of people.
