5 starsI recently had Francis Plumbing replace my furnace after having an informative discussion with their estimator **** ****. This is the second occasion that Francis serviced my residence, as ***, their service technician, replaced my water heater years ago. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Francis Plumbing & Heating! When my furnace suddenly broke, I called them, and within 20 minutes, they had a technician, ******** at my door. She was absolutely wonderfulknowledgeable, professional, and worked tirelessly to try to fix both my furnace and fireplace. Unfortunately, due to the age of my furnace, the parts were too damaged to be repaired.Thats when **** stepped in to help me explore my options for a new furnace. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure I had the best possible solution for my home. Thanks to him, I was able to get a new furnace installed the very next day!On installation day, ***** and **** arrived, and they were both fantastic. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean and organized, and took the time to explain everything about my new furnace, humidifier, and thermostat in detail. Their professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference.From start to finish, the entire team at Francis Plumbing & Heating provided exceptional service. We had a water heater installed by **** and ******. They were very polite, answered all are question and did an excellent job. They took the time to explain what they did and what to look for in the coming days. They left the site clean of all debris. The Technicians ********** were very friendly and very knowledge able and professional. They did a fantastic job completing the installation of the new furnace well under 4 hours. We had a water heater installed on Nov ******* with **** **** and ****************** was very good. **** and **** were polite, answering all questions we had; clean and very serious and efficient with the work. The removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one took 1 hr and 30 min. This was our second time dealing with Francis Plumbing & Heating for brand new equipment installation and our experience was great on both occasions. The sales *** did a fantastic job of explaining the product options and was patient with us as we made our choice. Francis was able to quickly schedule the installation afterwards and the two technicians that showed up to do the work did an excellent job. They were able to quickly work out the details of the installation, were knowledgeable of the equipment, and performed a neat and tidy job. Recently had a great experience with Francis who came and replaced our water heater for a tankless version. Francis swapped out our aging furnace and AC unit for a new furnace and heat pump in August 2024. Three technicians completed the removal and installation over the course of one day. The crew were great they showed up on time, protected our flooring and stairs with suitable runners, were knowledgeable about the equipment and the required work, effectively explained the new systems, performed nice and tidy work, and cleaned up after themselves. I would also like to mention the sales **** who did a phenomenal job at explaining our options when we chose our new systems. There were no pushy sales tactics and we felt we were getting honest advice. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Francis to others.Francis Plumbing Heating & Cooling
