      Rydel installed a metal roof on our house and overall we are very satisfied with the end results. Any minor cosmetic issues were promply addressed in a timely and courteous manner. We just had snow guards installed (something I would highly recommend, especially where there is foot traffic around your home) above our back deck, and they did a great job doing it. As far as pricing goes, metal roofs are expensive to install (especially if you have the old shingles removed prior to installation) but we had no problem with the quate we were given (and it was in writting prior to signing)Nice people to work with.

      I had my roof done by Rydel Roofing this past summer and received exceptional service from start to finish. The entire process from getting the quote to the completed project was smooth and professional. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. They completed the job on time and with great attention to detail. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I couldnt be happier with the result. Great job, guys! Thank you!

      I can't recommend Rydel Roofing enough! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly efficient. The team arrived on time, explained the entire process, and completed the job with meticulous attention to detail. Not only does my new roof look fantastic, but the quality of the materials and workmanship give me peace of mind for years to come. They went above and beyond to clean up after themselves, leaving my yard spotless. If you're looking for a trustworthy roofing company, Rydel is the one to call. Five stars all the way!

      A very disappointing but enlightening conversation with the **************** at Rydel Roofing. The Door Sales guy presents one thing, the Scheduling Followup *** made promises. The actual pricing and onsite visit *** backed off on promises made during a PreCall, and pushed to ensure an immediate decision would be made.Pressure tactics, bait and switch.I Cancelled the appointment.Not a company I'd want to deal with

      The working done by Rydel was outstanding. What a wonderful company to work with. We had eavestroughing, gutter guards and soffits installed. The workers were friendly, efficient and the workshop was top of the line. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and we will be repeat customers.

      These people use that old door-to-door trick; "We just finished a job down the street and noticed your roof needs replacing.". As far as I'm concerned they are not exempt from the ban on door-to-door sales in *******. Further to this this had been the second time they've been to my door trying to pressure sale their service. They asked too many questions as to when and who would do the work on my home so I got angry with them and advised them that going door-to-door was not legal and when and who will do the work is none of their business. Told them to leave and never bother me again. Can't be very good roofers anyway cause they don't get dirty.

      Unbelievably brutal.Website says Free quote call - we call.Coming today at 315 - Email and an invite Calls at 245 - Ill email a quote without coming Want me to come? Quote will cost you 595$.Got passive aggressive with me stating I don't want a quote really... ?LIES LIES and MORE LIES. ***** if you hire them.

      Website says free estimate so I filled out the online web form to get a call. Agent offered two choices - if I wanted to replace the roof I can get a free visit and estimate. If I wanted to get a roof repair done, the it costs $595 for an estimate. I dont know what I need so how can I make a choice? They are obviously too busy.

      They came and did the job. Two guys for a repair job on the soffit due to animal entry, here for one hour, cost about $1200. Of course, the animals got in the same place later, and so I asked for a refund. Of course, they said no guarantee on that. No refund. So not impressed. Now hiring true professionals to do it right.
