My experience with my watch 6 left me physically sick. They should not be working with anyone with ptad. The ******* also was asked a *********** queation by another in class. The question was can a dog in a traing vest be kicked out of a buisness and the ******* actually had to be corrected by the owner. Also they are to weak to take critism and will put on a performance of arrogance. I gave my experience on there 6 weeks of service training by email. They kicked me out of an Intermediate Dog Class unrelated for sending them an email of my expeeience on service training. Zero certificate showing I at least completed the 6 weeks yet on week 5 I asked the ******************************* if one will be give out last class and she told me yes. My dog and I at least with worthy of getting something proving we put in 6 weeks and I did so on a heart monitor coping with cptsd. I got nothing wasted 8 training classes for them to mouth of to my husband on a phone and tell us we were not welcome in their store anymore. Disgusting people.Watch My 6 Service Dogs Response

Dear ******,
We are truly sorry to hear about your negative experience with our Watch My 6 program and your subsequent removal from the Intermediate Dog Class. We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
Regarding your concerns about working with individuals with PTSD, we understand that this is a sensitive issue, and we apologize if our program did not meet your needs. We continuously evaluate our practices to ensure that we are providing appropriate support and accommodations for all participants.
Additionally, we apologize for any confusion or miscommunication regarding your inquiries during class. We value transparency and accuracy in our training sessions, and we will address any discrepancies to ensure that all participants receive accurate information.
Furthermore, we want to address the situation regarding the formal notice of trespass issued to you. After careful consideration of the recent events and correspondence, we felt it necessary to take this action due to behavior and actions that violated the terms of conduct and respect expected from individuals accessing our premises. We regret that it has come to this, but we must prioritize the safety and comfort of our staff and patrons.
Regarding your refund, we acknowledge your decision not to accept it. However, we want to reiterate that we are refunding both the WM6 course and the intermediate class fees as a gesture of goodwill. We believe it is best for both parties to part ways, and we wish you the best in finding a suitable alternative for your needs.
Once again, we apologize for any distress or inconvenience caused by your experience with us. If you have any further concerns or feedback, please feel free to reach out to us directly.Review from Angela B.

Watch my 6 is an amazing non-profit service dog training organization. This organization has been incredibly flexible and supportive on our service dog journey and we are so proud to wear the Watch my 6 vest. We have witnessed trainers working with handlers and their dogs to help them become the strongest teams and they never seem to let a team flounder. They are always there to support those that put in the substantial work of training a confident and competent service dog, while ensuring the health and safety of the animal. They are thoughtful and supportive when choosing training activities and are committed to producing highly-trained and respectable service dogs. They are also committed to giving back to the local community through volunteer activities and fundraising. This organization has been instrumental in providing my child with an improved quality of life thanks to their services training her service dog. We are forever grateful.Review from ANN B

this is an honest review from someone who has had personal experience with WM6. This organization not only helped change my life but saved my life! The training that my dog received, and myself as a Handler is way more than I could ever have hoped for or would have been able to do myself. They continue to be supportive even after he was fully trained. They continue to keep in touch with me. We still get together for exposure and additional training. cannot say anything bad whatsoever! While not all dogs are capable of being service dogs, and not all people are capable of being good handlers, they will do everything they can to make things possible. They will work with individual needs and continue to monitor the teams on a regular basis and continuous training to ensure that my service dog in the eye are an amazing team.Review from Christian D

WM6 helped me and my dog Juno become a team, I suffer from PTSD and the one on one training was perfect until I was comfortable enough to be in the crowd. The WM6 trainers are so incredibly patient, knowledgable and understanding. Ill admit they helped save my life. Would recommend to anyone.Review from Sandy R

Horrendous experience with watch my 6. If I could give zero stars I would! I approached them about helping me with owner training my SDit and explained that when she was a puppy she was attacked by a vicious and much larger male German shepherd and yes she bit in response as she was a puppy with no training yet and this was unexpected but I wanted to go ahead with training her as I felt the resulting small bit of reactivity could be worked through.I reached out for support on a ************** of owner trained service dogs in *******.After I had emailed watch my 6,Watch My 6 responded immediately with and incredibly rude response saying what I had no right to ask for help and training because it was unethical to work a dog with a bite history. She does NOT have a bite history she was a young puppy that hadnt been trained yet and we had a traumatic event occur! They were stuck up, snobbish and talked down to me after finishing out I was autistic and when I asked if I could use my custom gear I had made for my girl they said no and insisted I use theres even after she graduated their program.People have the right to choose their service dogs gear. When I left an honest review on ******** they deleted it and then blocked me to maintain their image.Do not go here if you have any respect for yourself or your animal unless you think that traumatized animals cannot be helped and are unworthy of a job like this. One of there members even went so far as to call my girl a monster and say that if she was ever reactive they would have her destroyed!Guess what watch my 6? Years later she is tasking beautifully and doing her job perfectly. She helps me everywhere I go in our cute custom gear and she has training certificates to back her. We found a trainer who helped us and my dog is proving you wrong every single day.Im so glad I didnt listen to these people. If I were you I wouldnt either.Watch My 6 Service Dogs Response

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address the concerns you've raised in your recent review of Watch My 6. We value every interaction and strive to maintain a transparent and open dialogue with our clients and their experiences. It is regrettable that your past engagement with our organization has left you feeling dissatisfied and has led to public disagreements. We understand that the nature of the situation is complex and deeply personal. We acknowledge your perspective and are committed to providing additional context from our side.In November 2020, when we initially communicated, it is important to clarify that our response was not intended to be dismissive or disrespectful. Our primary training methodology focuses on in-person, group-based training sessions. This approach holds several advantages, including accountability, practical exposure training, and the opportunity for trainers to closely monitor and assess a dog's progress. Given the nature of the interaction you were seeking, we expressed our concern regarding liability, especially in the case of a dog with a traumatic past experience. It is crucial to reiterate that our response was not meant to deny your request; rather, it was a part of the groundwork that we believed needed to be addressed before formally entering our program. Furthermore, we consistently offered to address these concerns during your upcoming March assessment.Your decision to utilize custom gear for your service dog was indeed an issue that was discussed. Our policy mandates that service dogs in training wear Watch My 6 vests to ensure recognition and adherence to our training standards, as is consistent with industry practices. We did not prohibit you from using your preferred gear once your dog graduated, and we believed that this matter could be resolved through in-person discussion. It is unfortunate that the conversation took a different turn from what we initially anticipated. We understand your frustration, but it is important to clarify that our non-negotiable stance on wearing Watch My 6 vests during training is rooted in our commitment to maintaining high training standards and ensuring our service dogs are identifiable in public spaces. We deeply regret any misunderstanding or perception of mistreatment that *** have arisen from our interactions. We want to assure you and the public that we take all concerns seriously, and every experience provides an opportunity for improvement. The recent challenges we have faced on social media platforms, ****** reviews, and the Better Business Bureau have been reported and are currently being addressed. We have reached out to the ************************* ***** to ensure that the situation is properly managed. We understand that the situation is complex, and it is our intention to provide the utmost clarity. We urge you to consider both sides of the story and maintain an open dialogue with us, should you choose to do so. Our goal is to continue providing exceptional service dog training and support, and we deeply appreciate your understanding.Sincerely,**** & ****, Founders - Watch My 6
