In April, 2023, I signed up for their "Deluxe Accelerator" program that came with a money back guarantee, pasted below: "At Deluxe Realty Marketing, we stand by the effectiveness of our Deluxe Accelerator program. If you do not triple your investment in the Deluxe Accelerator program within 6 months, we will provide a full refund of the program fee. To show our commitment to your success, you can keep all the leads and prospects generated for you during your time in the program. To be eligible for the refund guarantee, please adhere to the following terms and conditions: You must actively participate in the program, attending all scheduled appointments booked for you and following the guidance provided by our marketing and lead specialists. You must maintain open and honest communication with our team throughout the program, promptly addressing any concerns or issues. If, after 6 months, you have not tripled your investment, simply provide us with a written request for a refund with your results. I have diligently adhered to all requirements and commitments on my part, without any results. The program has not yielded the promised outcomes. In an effort to seek resolution, I have completed and submitted their online refund form on two separate occasions, I have not received any acknowledgment or response. My attempts to establish contact via email (no phone # available) have proven futile, as no one has responded to my inquiries. Filing a formal complaint against Deluxe Realty Marketing regarding their failure to honour our contractual agreement and provide satisfactory services for mortgage leads. Their actions have resulted in *********** ************** ********* ********** poor lead quality, delayed lead delivery, and a complete lack of response from their customer service team.On July 4, 2022, I entered into a service agreement with Deluxe Realty for digital marketing services, specifically lead generation, appointment setting, and lead management. However, the company has consistently failed to fulfill their obligations as outlined in the agreement. Deluxe Realty has repeatedly missed scheduled appointments, emails attached These repeated failures **** ****** ********** ** ** ******** *** ************** ** ******** The inside sales assistant assigned to the leads has consistently failed to properly qualify them, resulting in poor quality leads . **** ********** *** ******** ******** *** ************* ** ** ********* ********** Despite agreeing to a delay in lead delivery due to market downturn, Deluxe Realty further extended the delay due to increased costs of ****** ads. This prolonged delay has resulted in financial losses and further hindered my marketing efforts. Despite my numerous attempts to contact the customer service team to address these issues, I have received no clear response. This lack of professionalism has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their services. My primary objective is to obtain a full refund of the service fee paid to Deluxe Realty. Entered into transaction on July 13, 2022. They ****** ** ***** ******** to move forward quickly and promised to deliver leads. They indicated that they have amazing customer satisfaction and the have the algorithm to provide many leads. I was told that I would likely have in person meetings within the week of the campaign. The campaign lasted for months and my advertising costs continued to add up. NO LEADS AT ALL. Not a single one. Company has not fulfilled their obligations in the number of leads as they stopped in October 2022. Once notified of the issue, coupled with synonymous leads sold to us were also sold to an agent in our brokerage, the company stopped responding. Their one dedicated person for “support” do not provide support. Last communication was 30 November in which a manager was to contact us, which did not occur. We have sent an email once per week since 30 December with no response. Contract effective date: 10 June 2022 Campaign commencement date: 05 July 2022 YTD Leads Received: 221 Qualified Leads: 64 Disqualified Leads: 143 Fraud Leads: 3 (from Qualified Leads) Appointment Conducted: 3 (from Qualified Leads) Duplicated Leads (also sold to another agent in the same brokerage): 2 Breach of Contract: 1. Total cost of Ads YTD is $2,729.48. Violation of s.15 of contract 2. Minimum number of appointments have not been reached and service charges continued. Per s. 18 of the contract, service is to continue ‘without charging the Client additional fees for Services” 3. Per s. 19 of the contract, “Deluxe Realty agrees to pay excess Ad Budget amount,” as the budget is capped at $2400. However, services have stopped instead. Additional Issues: 1. Appointment conducted with a team lead on 08 August 2022 provided that the leads that were labeled as “qualified” are to be disqualified. As a result of the call, we provided the team lead with a detailed avatar in order to guide their employees on what leads are to be “qualified” and “disqualified.” This did not render any difference in subsequent leads 2. Leads were not screened for *****. Uncovered 3 leads that were “booked” to be ***** 3. 2 Leads received and “qualified” were the same leads sold and qualified by Deluxe Realty to another agent in our brokerage. ********** ***** *** ** ***********. We have notified Deluxe Realty of these files on 15 Sept 2022 and 19 Sept 2022 with no response/explanation 4. We notified Deluxe Realty of the excessive Ad costs on 03 Oct 2022, 04 Oct 2022, 17 Oct 2022, 31 Oct 2022, 1 Nov 2022, and again 02 Nov 2022. Upon receiving a response, we were advised to remove our payment method from ******** Business, however, this can only be completed once we pay for the remaining balance owing. This is in continuation of breach of contract per s. 19 and s. 15 5. 20 Dec. 2022: Notified Deluxe Realty of a specific “qualified” lead is in contradiction of the Avatar provided on 09 August 2022. No response 6. 30 Dec. 2022: Formal letter sent to Deluxe Realty advising our concerns, issues, and requesting for a resolution. No response 7. 1st follow up email sent on 06 January 2023. No response 8. 2nd follow up sent on 10 January 2023. No response 9. 3rd follow up sent on 20 January 2023. No response 10. 4th follow up sent on 30 January 2023. Deluxe Realty Marketing offered me product (CRM) for my Business and while explaining product they lied to us, here are the things lied to us before we singed up for their product: 1) Pay one time money and use that CRM product for whole life, they don’t own that CRM and they took monthly/yearly subscription from CRM company and selling that CRM to other customers saying pay onetime fee and use that for lifetime, but company owns the CRM does not have any lifetime subscription etc. 2) When signed up they mentioned that only onetime fee and get lifetime access to that CRM with all its feature for lifetime and no extra cost for any feature inside that CRM, if I need to promote ads created from that CRM and publish them to social media then I have to pay to those social media channels directly like ********, ********* and they don’t take any money from their, but they do have their cut in that which they hide from us. 3) When I singed up they said no charge for sending message/emails from CRM to clients but Deluxe Realty Marketing started charging for text messages, which they lied when I singed up they said no cost. when I started discussing they started saying these charges are not to us, they use some their party and whatever they charge for sending message they charge us, when I called that third party company about charges, but Deluxe Realty Marketing was charging me 2-3 times than that third company charges. When I said to Deluxe Realty Marketing why these charges were not mentioned before we talked about all these features but no where you mentioned that there some fee associated to these features, Deluxe Realty Marketing mentioned its part of full CRM feature with onetime fee, I asked as these things were not explained please refund my money as I did not get the product which was explained to me, and they ***** ******** *** saying no refund, can you please help.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Mortgage Leads Campaign that began on October 17th which guaranteed 150+ leads and 15 booked phone appointments. Since day 1, the customer service has been *********. There have been countless issues with the handling of my account, including missed check-in meetings, misleading answers to direct questions I had with regards to credit checks & delay of ads going live which affected the quality of my leads. I tried to resolve these by asking for a call with a senior team member to discuss my concerns. (I have detailed each incident in writing & over the phone to the Deluxe team, with no resolution provided). My request for a call with a senior team member began in the middle of December and continues with no progress. I am now unable to get in touch with the company at all and have sent 9 unanswered emails regarding this situation. On my last interaction with the company, Wednesday December 28th, I was able to speak with one team member who confirmed he would: re-assign me to a new account manager and follow-up on scheduling a call with a more senior team manager. I asked for confirmation in writing regarding the discussion & next steps and have never been contacted again. The website states that you will be 'treated like one of the family' yet, I am now unable to even get replies to my emails. I don't even know if I still have an account manager as I was due to have a check-in call last Tuesday, January 10th and was never contacted. I paid a 3,000 service fee and am responsible for the ad fees associated with the campaign (the contract states it will be approximately 1800-2400 for ad fees, and that Deluxe will cover anything above 2400 should it be required to fulfill the contract). To date, my add fees are: $1498.36. Although my campaign should be ending soon, Deluxe has only been able to secure 5 of the 15 leads I was guaranteed. I would like a refund for the fees I have paid so far & to terminate my contract for the remaining leads I am owed.Initial Complaint

I was promised by this marketing company 30 leads within 90 days. We have an agreement and contract. They continue to say that if they have not fulfilled this they would continue until they did get me the 30 leads. They have shut down my adds since September 10th and have only provided me with 7 leads. I continue to contact them and I get no response. I’ve requested to speak to a manager on multiple occasions and no response. I would like a full refund in the total amount I paid for the leads. Please help me get a refund.
