Continued calling both spouse’s and my mobile phones. Often met with hang up on callers end. Waiting on mail out of supposed debt owing, as per conversation with company employee on July 25 2023. Calls continue all day on both lines. Would like them to stop harassment.Business Response

I am receiving daily calls from this business. We obtained this cell phone number from ***** about a year ago, I assume it must have belonged to someone else before. Currently, this is a confidential company cellphone, on a do not call list. I am not sure what this is about but we do not answer calls on this phone outside of company calls. An alleged student loan from 25 years ago had been reported to credit bureau May 2023. Claim I made a payment April 2023. I have neither made a payment, acknowledged the debt or had any contact with this company.Business Response

Tsi keeps leaving me these robocalls messages every day . They emailed me once and texted me a few times and sent me a few letters . The debt is very small. I’ve emailed them and sent them payments . Tsi claims that they can’t discuss matter due to Canadian privacy matter. They are very pushy . They wanted me to give them half of the payment right away so they can drop it. I’ve sent emails and sent a letter explaining that I cannot pay the full balance right away and they are not willing to speak through email. I’ve sent screenshots of payments I’ve made and explained very clearly in the letter I’ve sent them last week. I wish they would be more understanding and accepting of payment plans instead of just constantly calling and leaving robocall messages and majority of the time there are no messages . The payments have been accepted. The calls occurred as your did not have a set date for payments to be made. We have placed the file on hold for now. As long as the payments are made monthly no further calls will be made. Should a payment be missed a follow up will occur.

I have received a number of robocalls from this company recently. These calls sometimes ask for me, Sometimes for a company that no longer exists, and sometimes for nobody at all. I consider this to be harassment. They are obviously using the multiple names to get around call limiting legislation.Business Response

I receive multiple phone calls from a number that shows up as “likely fraud” on my phone almost daily. They have left one voice mail saying they are contacting me on behalf of “********* ****** ****** *********”. I understand they are a collection agency. I have been receiving numerous calls from TSICO. They claim that I have a Provincial Offense that needs rectifying. I have no such thing. I have told them I have received no mail regarding such and issue and to please send me a letter detailing the offense, any ticket numbers. They have refused to do so.Business Response
