      On June 28th, PC Financial made a pre-authorized payment on my ********** for an amount $900 greater than what I owe on the card. I have tried contacting their customer support multiple times, but have been repeatedly told that they "cannot do anything about it". I have spoken to an agent named "******" who offered absolutely no resolution.       I am writing to file a complaint against President's Choice Financial ****** **** regarding a persistent and unauthorized issue with my credit report. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, I have been unable to achieve a permanent solution. The issue began when I noticed that a President's Choice Financial ****** **** account, which I have never owned or applied for, started appearing on my credit report. I have disputed this entry directly with ********** on two separate occasions, and each time, the entry was removed. However, the President's Choice Financial ****** **** continues to reappear almost every month. To further complicate matters, I have added a "Potential Fraud Victim" remark on my credit file to alert creditors of possible identity theft. Additionally, I have contacted President's Choice Financial directly, and they confirmed that there is no card issued under my name. Despite these measures, the erroneous entry persists, causing unnecessary stress and adversely affecting my credit score. I am deeply concerned about the ongoing negative impact this is having on my financial standing and the potential long-term consequences if this issue is not resolved. I kindly request the Better Business Bureau's intervention to address and permanently rectify this situation. Specifically, I am seeking your assistance in: Investigating why the President's Choice Financial ****** **** account continues to reappear on my credit report.       *** ** ****** ******* *** I transferred a large portion of my income to one of my accounts with PC financial it turns out apparently that account was closed even though it still showed up on my dashboard it said that the money was in the account and when I tried to move it from said account I kept getting error messages so I called the customer service number and they said I would be able to transfer it out with their help so I followed the instructions I was given the money transferred out but I still haven't received any of it in my account now when I try to call them they don't answer and the call just ends with a dial tone before I'm hung up on this first happened last Tuesday and I haven't been able to get ahold of them ***** *** ******* ** * *** ****** ********* ** ** ****** ******* ** **** *** *** **** ** ** **** It originally was $210 that I lost but now they put on some fees on my account and I believe a couple NSF fees aswell.

      Pc financial led me on to believe they were going to help me and recieve my funds as there are major health concerns and i cant access my funds in my account. They also just closed my account without even trying to contact me first! I literally was just about to pay for my groceries when i seen that i was restricted for whatever reason. I have no money and its almost christmas. Not to mention i NEED FORMULA, DIAPERS, FOOD FOR MY HOUSE.

      I have been patient enough to I understand that there is a process when it comes to things but I have expired and
      used any resources that I could think of and reached out to whoever to get help because every day they tell me or somebody tells me they're
      gonna call me back and they will let me know what's going on but no one calls me and every single day I call to contact somebody whether it's
      once a day 3 times a day sometimes I don't even know how many times I've left messages for the CEO the President of PC financial and they've told me many different things But with promises that I could open up  another bank account with pc financial and Get my funds deposited into my new account Nothing has happened yet *** **** ****** ********* *** * **** ** ***** *** ***** * **** ** ******* * **** ** ******* * **** ** ********* * **** ** ******** I have nothing It don't seem to care that  it's been well over a week and a 1/2 almost 2 weeks pretty much and I've

      My son and I booked at the ******* *** for a period of two weeks, a few days before we checked out I logged into my bank account to see how much money I had - upon checking I was shocked to see a negative balance on my account of -$273.82... when I saw this I immediately called the customer service line to see what was going on and I was told there was nothing owing on the account and I should not worry about it. As the person that I am I decided it was good to just have the amount in my account just in case so I transferred the money to cover my account. The balance went back to $0.00 for a few days and same thing happened again - I have talked to a lot of agents who all refused to get a supervisor on the line to be able to resolve the whole situation. ** * *** ******* * *** ******* ** ** ********* ** ****** ****** ************* **** ******** ********* ************ ** **** *** **** ***** **** *** ******** ****. The last manager or supervisor I spoke with her name is Wendy - she mentioned she was going to get a manager to call me to resolve the issue ** ** ****** *** ***** ******** - PC financial did not only stop there but has refused to resolve this issue but have the guts to put me in collections *** ****** **. I deserve a clear response from the company - ******* *** also issued a refund back which I have not seen till to this day which PC financial is holding back - **** **** **** **** ** ** *** ** **** *** * ** ****** ********** ** *** ***** ********** I have given them enough time to come back to me with a resolution but they have failed.

      We have attempted to reach The customer at the phone number on file December 19th  2023 and left a voicemail. We also attempted to call twice today December 20th 2023 and left voicemails. We have also sent the customer an email December 20th 2023 advising our attempts. Another call attempt will be made tomorrow.

      on Dec 2nd, received email from PC mastercard offer upgrade card for more points, i clicked upgrade but later went back to the email scroll down to realize the card charge $120 annual fee, I email their customer service right away, also call them the same day asking to cancel card, i’d been talking to at least 7 different people, i said not just i did not get the card, i also see they already charge me $120 on my existing credit card, they keep giving me excuse it’s an online card, they cannot cancel unless I receive the card, then downgrade it !! they keep asking me to wait, I said if the card is lost in mail, you have to cancel the card anyway, I file the complaint because I did not get the card, and they refuse to cancel the card and reverse the charge even though I do not want the service and I am not using the service. Everything is just in limbo. All they did is email me said they received my complaint under reference number ********

No credit PC keeps giving me the run around. Asked to speak to supervisor still waiting front Nov 17. Contacted ****** they told me that my account should have been credited.

Not once in 10 days has a supervisor attempted to resolve this.  Also I was told today when I spoke to PC Financial that a supervisor of the disputes was to call me back before days end when all my transactions were reviewed.  Again no response from PC financial.

      I am forwarding my email complaint for the PC Financial I've had an account with these people for quite some time now and through the time that I have been a customer there it's been multiple days hours time spent and wasted on making phone calls to these people having myself be passed through 10 to 15 customer service agents in one phone call having customer service agents tell me things that they don't even know it's made up and asking for things like employee IDs which I was told by a manager they should be given when asked and not once has one of their employees ever handed me their employee ID to file a complaint I've filed multiple complaints through PC Financial I'm with nothing happening and like the my last attempt was to speak to the manager because when you call this place never can I get a hold of a manager they never will pick up their line there was one that finally called me back to I thought resolve some of the issues on my account and he was supposed to call me back today this morning and he couldn't even be bothered to do that I did send through an email which then all the sudden my phone rang but I didn't answer because I'm tired of giving my time and energy to them when they're not giving it to me and so I didn't answer their phone call today after my email sent in I have had nothing but problems since day one with this account they've done things like placeholds on my money when I would get paid my disability every month and they would make up unreal excuses as to why my money was held or why I couldn't access it I had a friend sit here and listen to one of the agents talking about this when they held my money and she couldn't believe what she was hearing I had to have her listen to this because I can't make this stuff up I recently had one of their agents tell me that my account was at Collections and I just recently used my account two days ago. This is not the end I hope there's a way that I can send more info

      I recently filed a complaint with you guys regarding PC financial i seen thier response in no way was this issue resolved i tried to reply i didnt know exactly what i was sending but i meant to respnd with its not resolved. I have had to startt recording these calls i am trying to seek advice on what else to do about this matter, These emplyees are not doing thier jobs they lie and i get passed to CS agents non stop i get hung up on they dont know what they are talking about most days. The managher tried to call me and i missed his call he was supposed to call friday morning i had to email him around noon because he had not followed through. He then sent an email saying i called but being friday it was late by the time i could respond. In no way was the issue resolved i called today Sunday to find out why again i have not recieved my money mutiple amounts im out and refunds. I also have asked non stop why my account is overdrawn in no way should i be 125 dollars overdran im seeing new fees coming up on my account and i am not gettiing answers when i did speak to this manager he told me that if i ask employees for id they have to give it tried today they wouldnt give it. I got told by first agenty was being transfered to a speacilist but once again she trasnfered me to another CS agent that agent then tried to make up his positions which in the end he finally told me he was CS not a supervisor of any sorts I dont know what else to do i cant afford legal help i live on dissbility and as of sat i have not eaten im out alot of money and getting no answers please help me with this.i also have screen shots of my accounts and recordings of the calls i dont know how to send this to you.

      Have called the CH trying to explain the situation and what had happened when we reviewed the account that caused it to go over limit. CH was very irate and began to swear and yell stating I was not paying attention or listening to what he had said previous or stating. Was trying to inform the CH why the account was over limit and CH just began to argue and refused to listen continue to swear and yell. Advised CH of a warning then disconnected the call since he was still yelling and swearing, CH then emailed ECC back and stated he does not want to speak to me anymore

      On April 26th 2023 ***** **** ******* took a payment from my account accidentally early. In turn they issued me a refund on the same day April 26th 2023 in the amount of $355.30. PC financial allowed it to post to my account that afternoon and it was still there around 11pm on the 26th. On April 27th I checked my bank account and the money was gone and the transaction of the return was erased from my history. I called them on april 27th the customer service agent said 2 to 5 business days for it to be returned. I also contacted support through email on the 27th in which there reply was up to 30 days, it's ***** **** *******s fault and I can go in my history and dispute the refund transaction. I called ***** **** ******* they can see I have all my money returned to me so there is nothing they can do. I cannot file a dispute on the return because PC financial erased it from my bank history all together to make it look like I was never issued one.       On February 16th, 2023 I opened a new Money account with PC Financial. Right away, I was unable to 'fund' the account. I sent in a support message via their support centre. At that time, I was asked to call. On February 18th (might have been the 19th) I called support and was told the issue of not being able to send or receive money into that account was likely a web support issue and that it would be fixed and I would be contacted within 2 business day. On February 22nd, I submitted another support chat that it was still not working and that I had not heard from anyone. They apologized and said it looked like a ticket was never created. They said they would create a ticket and someone would be in touch within 48 hours. On March 3rd, I still had NO resolution or word from anyone. So I contacted support again and requested my new Money account be closed, as I do not want to be charged their inactivity fee. To be clear, I have never been able to use this account. Support replied back to me on March 5th stating they are sorry for my experience, and my account will be closed and that I will receive an email confirming this. It is now April 26th and this has not been done. The account is still open, and I have received no word. I sent another support message today, with no reply yet. I am looking to get this resolved by having that Money account closed. *** ******* * ** ****** ** *****
