I could not move money from my PC Money account to my Credit card account, even though I had a balance of $3100. On calling the support, found out that the account was closed. OKAY so why take in money and hold it if the account was closed. The customer service reps are unable to move my money from my PC Money account to my Credit card account or return it to me and now I have about $3000 stuck in my PC Money account, which is my money that I cannot use. Its been over a month and nothing has being done by PC Financial. Getting hold of a customer service rep can take forever and after an hour long process of explaining multiple reps the same thing, nothing is ever done, in spite of their so-called promises/reassurances. **** * ** * ****** *********** ****** ********* ******** *** * *** ***** *** ******** *** ******** ******* *** ***** ** *** ** *** ********* ** *** ***** ******** ******* *** ******** ** *** ******* ** ********* ******

      **** ** *** ***** **** ********* The points are awesome don't get me wrong, but not worth the hassle of dealing with this bank. My authorized payments would decline costing me so much money in NSF's even tho the amount was actually in my account, not only that but money will mysteriously just go missing out of my account and guess what they do not list the balance before in any of the transactions so to prove that money went missing is impossible. Getting any resolution is also impossible with their customer service. They couldn't even give me back the NSF they charged me for THEIR MISTAKE!!!!! ** *** *** **** *****

      Closed the complaint saying they contacted me numberous times, however, I do not have one voicemail left from anyone at this company. Still waiting on my money from a fraud that I reported awhile ago, haven't heard anything from them on this either.

      I applied for a PC credit card with the promise of getting PC points. I had to call customer service to ask for my points and they said no such promotion existed even though I had the email confirmation. Customer service is hard to get a hold of, lacks knowledge, is ***** *** unapologetic… and this extends to the call centre managers too. Within 2 months of having my card issued, I canceled and deactivated my account. ** ********* ** *** ***** ********* *********** ******* Never again!

      **** **** they will take your money with no limits but not release it when you want to leave. Only 10k every week your are aloud to with draw. So it’s your money 10k at a time lol. And good luck trying to get a hold of anyone.

      Almost impossible to contact PC Financial. Phoned, went through the menu. "Talk to a rep" disconnected !!! Their customer service is **********. Previously tried to call, on hold for almost an hour, gave up !!!

      It seems to be easier to cancel your card and apply for a higher level card than it is to upgrade your current card. They have some arbitrary rule that says you must have spent 25k over a 12 month period to qualify for the world elite card 'upgrade' however the application for this card mentions nothing about this requirement. If I were a new applicant with no payment history I would qualify. I keep getting pushed towards their insiders card with offers everytime l log in. This card has the same financial requirements as the world elite, but has a an annual fee I'm not interested. How can I qualify for one and not the other when the requirements are the same...

      I can accumulate points alright but to redeem them? Nope! They stopped my account because of ‘suspicious activities’ (all my bank accounts and credit cards are fine) and they didn’t warn me, I had to call them and wait 90 minutes on the phone. 2 months later and several inquiries later, this isn’t resolved. I’m canceling my credit card with them because their point system is now worthless, if I can’t use it. Also, their customer service is horrible!

      I was offered a welcome bonus for signing up of 250$. It's 8 months later and they are refusing to honor the signing bonus, and they will not give me the full 250$ even tho I have proof of the offer, and they claim the money was already given in points but they cannot confirm when that happened!! Closing my credit card with them immediately
