A Telus Mobility representative came to my door two months ago. I was offered an unlimited domestic calling plan with 100GB of data for $35/mo per line with a $15 connection fee. I signed up my family with two mobile phone lines. My bill history has been $201.91 in March, $309.24 in April and $153.75 in May. So far I have paid $134.71 on April 29 and another $54.12 on May 27. Each time I have called and spent hours speaking with lovely support representatives who appear just as confused as I am, who apply missing credits and assure me that the bill will be correct next month. Each time I have been disappointed. I have spent literally hours with Channel M**, Mary C******, Precious, Jose, Rotessa M** and others in support calls trying to sort this out. I have been escalated to the loyalty department. I have been assured that my balance has been paid. * ** ************ ********** **** after having sorted out the latest bill issued Friday (May 24) with support on Monday (May 27) and making payment, I have just received a new bill notification today. I want my account outstanding balance resolved, the app to show amounts owing with all discounts and my customer agreement to likewise reflect what I agreed to - not the regular price.
