      for the prices that Telus Mobility charges for full time service and where I live you might have decent service 50% of the time it bull. South of Drayton Valley AB in the **** ***** Buck Lake area. It is just a ******** how poor the services are for what we pay. Then have to invest in thousands of dollars worth the booster and receivers to just have minimal service For the money they charge for their services they should be made out in a booster tower in these areas or cut our bills by 50% just like we get service *** **** *** ********* *** **** **** *** ******** ******** ** *** paying for services that are not really being provided

      *** * *** ** ** ************ ** ***** ** ***** *** *********** ** *** ****** I have been perused for a final payment of less than $7.00 consisting totally of late fees. These late fees were caused by my account being closed and without any notification that the account was anything other than paid in full. Automatically, via authorized debit. These fees should never have been charged.

      I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Telus Home Security. From the start, I was assured by their sales representative that I would not be locked into any contract. This promise was the main reason I chose to go with Telus over other security providers. However, shortly after installation, I discovered that I was, in fact, tied to a lengthy and restrictive contract. When I contacted customer service to address this blatant misrepresentation, I was met with indifference and an unwillingness to rectify the situation. It felt like they were more interested in securing a sale than providing honest and transparent service. Not only did Telus lie about the contract, but their overall service has been subpar. The security system itself has been unreliable, with frequent false alarms and connectivity issues. Whenever I tried to get technical support, the response was slow and unhelpful, further exacerbating my frustration. * ******** ****** ****** *********** ***** **** ******** ** **** ********** Their ********* sales tactics and poor customer service have been nothing short of a nightmare. **** ******** *** ****** *** **** * ******** **** ****** ******* *** ******** *************

      Worst cell service ever!!! I'm in Windsor and can't even get data 50% of the time!! Telus does not even seem to care!!!

      I have disconnected services because of "Sabastian" not wanting to fill in a form...just to make a note he says. Notes don't change. Actions changes everything. Home services, security, and internet discontinued. Requested transfer of funds, however that takes days....but take my money (happens so quick). Services are not ideal if you you can not speak w a fluent ENGLISH speaking staff. **** ***** ************* ** ***** **** * *** **** *** ****** * ******* ***** ** *** *********  Most are hard to understand. Read everything even the fine print.

      **** **** **** ***** ****** **** **** **** ***** ******* I had ordered Internet 150. When the tech came he was having issues hooking it up. He made a call and was informed that Internet 150 wasn't available at my home and that I had to get Internet 75. I told the tech I have a lot of devices to hook up and would it be able to handle it. He told me yes. A couple of months later when I finally got everything hooked up my internet kept cutting out on a regular basis. So I called to cancel because I didn't get what I had ordered and they told me that I had to pay the cancellation fee. I told no I don't because I didn't get the service I had originally signed up for. Then he tells me that the plans changed names to Internet Plus with speeds of 75-150. I told him then why did the tech try to hook up the 150 and was unable to and was told that only 75 was available here. ***** ** ***** ****** **** **** **** *****

      ***** * *** ** * ***** *** **** **** ***** *** **** ***** **** *** **** **** ***** *** **** ***** *** *** I have a business plan, Canada-US-Mexico. Phone works for a few seconds then says I'm not registered on network. Tried every setting, tried restarting phone. Stuck in Mexico, with no phone or data. Lost money because I couldn't access email to show receipt for a tour. Customer service doesn't care, couldn't reach except by ******** and they send me on an endless loop. My advice: avoid Telus. There is no Customer service if you have a business account. Very, very, very upset that I'm out $550USD for the tour they wouldn't let me on (vacation in Mexico) because I couldn't access my emailed receipt, can't make or receive calls. Only able to access web via wifi now that I'm back at resort. This is the WORST Customer I've EVER experienced.

      Made a payment for a total balance on June 8th, 2024. This total balance was due July 2nd. After payment was made in full, on June 8th, for the balance due July 2nd, Telus Mobility reported the account to the credit bureau for non-payment in the amount of the total payment made ON the date that it was paid (June 8th), which included an amount not yet due (July 2nd). My credit score dropped from 89th to 39th percentile over this error. After 3 hours on the phone with customer service, being transferred between departments, someone is finally filing a dispute resolution. I wish I'd never switched to Telus.

      Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Paid for my internet to be hooked up and a week after I got the Modem and 6g booster it’s still not working , spent over 6 hours on hold over two days and they said if I wanted a technician today I’d have to walk across town to ***** and ask for help, they said they would call back in 24 to 48 hours later and they didn’t call back, we called them back and cancelled our internet and they are making us wait 7 business days for our refund ***** *** ******** **** ***** they *** ********* ******* *** didn’t know anything about what they are selling they bounced us around transferring our call to random Departments and Eventually hung up on us twice after a two hour wait . We called four times 3 times hung up on and the forth we cancelled the service
