I offer energy healing through Reiki, IET and Chakradance. Any experience in life has an impact on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fields of the person. While positive experiences can make the person feel happy, light and hopeful negative experiences can be stored deep inside the body and cause pain and suffering as the experience stays in the energy fields of the person.
The negative energy will most often cause unease or blockage in the person. Some people are able to deal with this energy on their own, and over time the impact is diminished. Most often, people will “store” this energy (without knowing) and it impedes their lives in a negative way. In order to remove this negative energy, I use three modalities.
Reiki
Is a hands-on, or remote, therapy to activate the natural healing processes of the client’s body to restore physical and emotional well-being. The client lies down (or sits) fully clothed on a massage table and I place my hands on the person (or above the person according to personal preference) at strategic points on the body (following the chakras) to remove the negative energy.
Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)
Is a hands-on, or remote, therapy that channels divine energy to release the negative blockage deep within the cells and the energy fields. The client lies down (or sits) fully clothed on a massage table and I place my hands on the person (or above the person according to personal preference) at specific power points along the spine to channel the divine energy into the body. The channelling pushes the negative energy out so that the client may release their pain and suffering. I then replenish the body with positive energy so that the client can experience joy, health and feel balanced.
Chakradance
Is a dancing modality where the client will dance spontaneously to music specifically designed to open and rebalance the chakras. There is no designated movements as the client will dance what resonates with the music. Following the dance, a mandala is created to anchor what has emerge for the client. Over time, the client starts to see a change in their perspective and daily living. I offer introductory classes within which we explore the 7 chakras. I also provide a series where focus is on one chakra per week with a final class for the integration of all 7 chakras. The sessions can be for 1, 1.5 or 2 hours depending on the intensity of series.  There are also retreats, base chakra reboot as well as celebration for spring and fall available.
Vision Board Playshop
There is a clear process to create a Vision Board to get what a person really wants in their life.  It’s a way to manifest the client’s dream life.  Once the clarity is obtained, images and words are selected, from magazines, and are pasted on a big poster board.   There is a process to making a Vision Board more powerful.   Seeing this board each day align the brain with the outcomes the client most want to attract.    Scientific studies reveal that when an action is visualized, the same brain regions are stimulated as when the action is actually performed.
