    I worked with Jason R to purchase a 42' x 60' Quonset building. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. The company has an order verification team that confirms all details before processing and even called me after delivery to ensure I received everything. They are a great company to work with! They offer erection services, but ** ******* chose to assemble the building ******* with the help of some friends, and they completed it in just three days. The only area I think could be improved is their manual—it’s in black and white, and updating it could make the process even smoother.

    Ordered a building and paid a deposit. 4 days later they call and say they can't provide the building they promised and I can't cancel the order. They won't refund my deposit and I have to buy a different building that won't work for my needs. ** *** ***** **** **** *** ***** ***** ** *** * *******

    Now that you have cashed your cheque, you take this course?
    Our engineer rejected his intended use for our building; he wanted to do a triple-stack sea container cover and hang heavy tools inside the unit. 
    We have canceled his order, refunded his monies, *** *********** ** *****, and now will hand over his file to our legal team for breach.

    Absolutely a nightmare working with this company. ********************************************. Only after the sale of a building. Lots promised things fell through. Wanted money back and the back office stalled about getting money back. Have had nothing but problems/ headaches since. When does a company take responsibility for their workers actions? It is not always the customers fault. Wrong information given on many things. I can go on forever. ******************************
