      On Jan 20 2024 I deposited my ***** ****** ** *** ********** unit, to the office at **** ********* ** ******. The unit was tested and declared Repairable, and I stressed the need to save and recover data. Invoice ******* and accepted for repairs. No date was given for picking up repaired unit. Upon several visits and phone cals, I was give some stories that battery, and later LCD was needed to get into the motherboard and memory chips. Upon my further agreement a temporary MB was located, but no deadline for pickup was give even when contacted HQ and requested communications with mgmt. Mr Jeremy called 3 times but no firm date for repaired unit. I am prepared to pay reasonable price but need to know about data, * *** **** ** ** ** ***** ****** ****** ** *** ******** ** * ***** *****

      My daughter (now 16) purchased a restored ****** ** from through ******* *********** May 28th, 2023. We received the phone at the beginning of June. In late October the phone stopped working and taking a charge completely. When we brought the phone to *** ******* (an authorized ***** dealer) they informed us of the shoddy condition of the phone and the parts used to restore it. Upon contacting Mobile Klinik through *******, in person at out local location, and through their chat service on-line we have received no response other than an offer to repair the phone which I cannot trust. We purchased a new phone from ***** and are seeking a refund. They are no longer responding to messages or emails. I just want my daughters money back. We cannot trust their phones or repair service enough, especially with the nature of my daughters safety in mind. Order number from ******* online is #************* I do have the original order receipt. As well as a contact with Mobile Klinik who is not being helpful.

      I ended up going in to Mobile Klinik and just taking their offer of replacing the phone as it seemed this was going nowhere. I have yet to receive the phone but it should be on its way.  Thank you for your help!

      We purchased a refurbished ****** ** *** *** from a **** *** 3rd party reseller called Mobile Klinik, shipped Nov 3, 2022. The unit was received and shortly after the battery wasn’t charging and the phone was sporadically acting like it was possessed. ****** * **** *********  They provided a return label and agreed to replace it. We received an e-mail from them saying there was a micro scratch on the screen therefore they couldn’t replace it, just replaced the battery and sent it back stating there will be no further warranty. When we received the original phone back within a week the same problem was occurring-it wasn’t working properly rendering it unusable.       On January 19, 2023 I paid $43.68 to get my phone repaired as the front screen was cracked. I looked online and it says the hours were open from Thursday's from 10:00 am until 21:00. I went through a Device Care from ***** online submission form. It said that I would need to contact the store if I could not make it in today, so I ensured I made it in today, January 19, 2023. I got there the customer service individual reported to me that they were closing at 1900 hours. I reported back to him that it said online they were closed at 21:00 hours. ** **** ** ** *** **** ** **** **** **** **** ********** * ******** **** ** **** ** *** *** **** ******* * *** ******* ******* ***** He then said come back tomorrow and maybe my phone will get done. * **** ******** **** ** *** **** ******** I need to know when I can come in to get my phone repaired. He couldn't give me a date or time to come in except maybe's. I then asked, "How long does it take to repair my phone". He reported, come back tomorrow. I asked if I could speak to the manager, and she said to me come back tomorrow. I then responded "How long does it take for the phone to repair, and then told me to come back tomorrow. I finally got an answer, that it would take 4 hours to complete. He left me his card and said to call him to check in tomorrow. The Managment was rude, the customer service rep was **** and had no regard for the fact that the website hours are wrong, **** * *** ***** *** ***** ***** ******** ** **** **** ****** ** **** * ***** **** ** ****** ** ************ *** *** *** **** ** **** ** ** ************ * ** *** ***** **** ****** ****** ** **** ********** ** ** ***** ** ** *** ******** ******* * ********* I am asking for $43.68 as credit and to be transferred to the ******* ******.       I purchased a phone on Nov 1, 2022, from Mobil klinik, I ordered it online. I received a phone that apps keep crashing on, it's supposed to be unlocked yet appears to be on the Roger's line. It does not take a charge anymore either. It charged fully once only. The charging cord is brand new, as I had to purchase that extra. I am low income, and paid $149 plus tax for this. Noone at the company wants to deal with me, I just keep getting ignored. I just want a replacement phone.. that works!!!...or my money back, as I cannot use what was sold to me

      am filing against mobile klinix at ** ****** ** **** ** ** ******* ******** ******* my ******* phone was two m scos old (approx aug 15/22). ******* told me to bring to ****** ****** ** a servicing agent, my battery, as confirmed by mobile klinic was dead. they sd they needed to order a battery but found out was on back-order so only a month later was i called to get it. waited a few hrs to be told wrong battery was ordered. so since i *** ** ******** *** found a mobile klinic at ** ******* asked them to sent it there. a week later went to ** ******* and was told there were admin issues and got my battery replaced within the week but was not tested. got home and my battery was not tested...kept turning off AND found out that phone was ************ ***** ** **** *** ** **** **** **** *** *** ** ** ******* ***** ********* *** ** ** *** ** ********* *** ****** ** **** ** ** *******. they told me that i should have known. further, they took my new phone protector screen which had a life time warranty. they said this was standard and they couldnt replace it. they never told me any of this info ** * ***** **** ****** ** ** **** *** ***** ** ***** ******* ****** ********** this company ** * **** ****** ** **** *** take NO responsibility for what they tell their customers. i want a new screen protector..**** ** **** * *** *** **** ************ *** *** ********* **** ******* ** ** *** ****** * *** ** ******** ***** ** ***** *******
