I made a number of purchases over the past 2 years and have not received the items. I have multiple emails between myself and the company with no resolution. I placed an online order for $131.22 on Sep 25, 2022. It was a preorder for products which were to be released Nov 2022, and then the dates got pushed to early 2023/Feb 2023. I was patient and then attempted to contact the business once that time came and went. I received no reply. I’ve attempted three more times to be in touch and still have not received any reply. The last two times I asked for the order to be cancelled and to be refunded.Business Response

In Feb of 2021, I made two payments to this business as pre-orders for items that were not currently released but were to be release in within the year. ** ******* also made a separate third preorder at around the same time. In the subsequent months that became years, we were told that there were shipping delays, supply chain issues etc due to covid. We accepted that explanation and waited patiently. Over that time, I have sent multiple emails requesting status updates and was continuously referred to the website, where no updates were given. I did a quick online search and found that the preordered items were actually released and other stores had them in stock. ***** ** ******** **** ********* ***** ***** **** ***** *** ****** I went ahead and ordered those items from other businesses. I started to request store credit because it had been quite some time since the orders were supposed to be received and I was able to find the items elsewhere. They began to ignore my emails. I get the same auto response every time. My credit card was billed without a hitch, been radio silence ever since. The items I ordered have been in stock at many retailers for many months now.
