******** ** * ****** Yes you can earn miles quickly. We earned several and then went to book at trip to Europe. When we entered all of the details for our trip we discovered that fuel surcharges and taxes were not covered. This came to over $1700. Just booking through the airline it is $2400 all in. All of those miles earned and they are not worth much. With other points card you can apply the amount to these charges. **** * **** ******** ***Review from Stefanie W

Very poor experience! Using their flight booking system, Airmiles made an error with names. They will not correct their error and the customer representatives *** **** ********** *** speak extremely fast. They make promises, and don’t follow through! Also note, the call centre line does not hold your place in line for a call back - you should just wait on hold.Review from Anujan R

I was collecting air miles through a credit card from a banking institution. I hadnt used the card in over 2 years since I opted to go with another rewards program card and was informed that my points have been voided due to inactivity and without a warning or notice. * ***** ********* need to review policy wording for all brands/companies.Review from Ken

A 2.5 hour wait time for someone to transfer me to another agent, and wait for a return phone call for another 2.5 hours. They couldn't fix the issue, nor do they care. Absolutely don't care. Attitude is free, and liberally dispersed.Review from Cory C

Absolutely terrible service! I have tried multiple times to book a rental car out of Halifax airport, and have not been able to book online, being given the same message regarding experiencing technical difficulties, and then calling to be put on hold for hours, with nobody responding. Absolutely ********** nonexistent customer service. Second day of waiting for 21/2 hours to be told we could not be serviced that day. Today we found out we could be serviced next week, after our flight departure. I am totally shocked by how bad this is. ***** ** ********.Review from Robert H

I’ve tried four times to get a hold of one of their so called ambassadors and have waited at least an hour each time. I honestly believe that the phone number I’m calling is not monitored. So much for customer service *** *Review from Lisa M

Brutal customer service! I booked a flight with my Air Miles received a reservation code & Airline confirmation code only to be told at the check in counter that my Air Miles were not applied and my seat only reserved so I had no flight. I have been trying to contact them since Nov 5 2023 with no response. Oh and don’t even bother trying the customer service number- no one answers!
