      ******** ********* ************ ************** *** HAVE EQUIPMENT/ TOOL COVERAGE WITH BROKER: ZENSURANCE, INSURED WITH: ******* INSURANCE. *** **** ** * *** ****** ****** **** EQUIPMENT OR TOOLS GET STOLEN FROM A JOB SITE. AT FIRST THEY DIDN'T WANT TO COVER MY EQUIPMENT AND ONLY COVER TOOLS FROM THE LOCKED TRAILER, NOW THEY DO NOT WANT TO COVER THEFT OF MY TOOLS FROM MY LOCKED TRAILER BECAUSE THE THEIF/THIEVES TOOK OR CHUCKED THE LOCK THEY CUT OR BROKE AND WASN'T VISIBLE AT THE CRIME SCENE. PHOTOS SHOW WHERE THEY BROKE IN, POLICE WERE CALLED AND SHOWED UP IMMEDIATELY AND GAVE A REPORT, ALL RECEIPTS SENT TO THEM PROVING WE OWN/ BOUGHT EVERYTHING. WE PAY 1K+ A MONTH IN VARIOUS INSURANCES AND HAVE NEVER MADE A CLAIM ON ANYTHING, UNTIL THIS PAST MARCH WHEN OUR EQUIPMENT WAS STOLEN. STILL FIGHTING AND WE'RE HEADED INTO JUNE. ALSO, THIS IS UNDER 20K CLAIM, ENOUGH TO KNOCK US BEHIND TO REPLACE EVERYTHING OUT OF POCKET ** **** * ******** **** *******. THEY DO NOT CARE. I REALIZE THIS IS ZENSURANCE *** ******* **** ARE THE ONES WHO WERE SUPPOSED TO MATCH OUR PREVIOUS POLICY WE HAD WITH ****** AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THESE ABSURD FINE PRINT CLAUSES, EMAILS TO PROVE THAT. **** * **** *** *** ** ****** ******* ********** * **** ** ***** READ OVER YOUR POLICIES IN DETAIL, ** *** **** ***** **** ** ***** ***** **** THEY JUST WANT YOUR PREMIUMS $$$. I SWITCHED TO THEM FOR 100$ / MONTH COST SAVINGS FROM ******, THE TRUE COST WILL SHOW UP IN THE CASE OF AN UNFORTUNATE EVENT. *** *** ****** ***** **** ******* **** *** MAKE SURE THEY ARE ACTUALLY GOING TO COVER WHAT YOU ARE PAYING THEM FOR.
