      In November 2022 i went to New You spa to look into fillers and was convinced to try also try the Cool sculpting BodiSculpt. They were persuasive in convincing me that this procedure would help in a huge way to get rid of all of the unwanted fat around my stomach and sides. I proceeded to sign up for a 3 year payment plan as the total for everything was over $8000! I started the process in Nov 2022 and after several months i was very discouraged as i saw no results. They kept telling me it takes at a few months after the end of your treatment to see results. I finished in January 2023 and waited but saw no results. Now in saying this, i eat healthy and go to the gym 3-5 times a week, so in no way shape of form am i not doing anything to help the process. I complained about not seeing results and In April 2023 they decided to repeat the process in hopes i would see results. The treatements ended the end of October and i gave it a few months to see results. Again, i saw no results!!! And let me also add, the process is painful and my stomach would have hard lumps after it. **** ***** *** **** ******** In January 2024 i complained again and i sent pics and i got an email saying "it appears i gained weight...", which i havent!! So i guess thats their fall back, lets blame the client for a procedure that doesn't work! I would like all my money back but at this point i will not pay another dime going forward and am fine to let the money i paid go so i can be done with this ********** company and they can leave me alone. *** ****** *** **** ****** *** ****** **** ** *** **** ****** ***** *******

      I paid for a full set of laser hair removal which was promised to cover the initial treatments and then touch-up sessions later on. Went in for an initial consultation where they explicitly said the procedure will be pain free. I explained to the lady that I am pursuing laser because of my low tolerance for pain and the agony I went through with waxing. She assured me that it would be pain free. I also specifically asked if they have experience working with dark skinned people as I am aware, the procedure is more complex for dark skinned persons (I am dark skinned). Again, they reassured me they have this experience and that the procedure will be fine. She explained that results may vary but most persons see at least 80% reduction in hair growth. The very first session I was in extreme pain and discomfort. I expressed this to the team who convinced me that it will get better once my hair is not a thick anymore. I ensured the pain and kept showing up ontime for ALL my appointments. I complained every single time and they just kept telling me to keep coming and it will get better. Even after 6 sessions and by them perhaps 6 different nurses (as they call the girls who operate the laser machine), I saw no results and the pain did not get better. They still told me to just trust the process and keep coming. I kept going and kept getting conflicting information from different people there. I could not bear the pain anymore and decided in the middle of one session that I could not continue. I have asked them on several occasions to stop and refund my money. But they just keep bugging me to take other services instead. I kept refusing and because I refused to take other services instead of them giving my money back, they stopped returning my calls and each time I call they just keep saying someone will call me back soon. I don't want to continue doing any business with them - I Just want my money back for a promise that was never delivered.

      *** ** **** ** ********* ******** I went to New You cosmetics because the doctor or the lady I spoke to on the phone made the deal seem so amazing and I'm a very tiny person I weighed like 92 pounds and I was told I was supposed to get 50 CC's in each *** cheek I ended up getting. 25C season, each *** cheats. There's no results there ignoring me regarding lumps. Where the incisions were I sent them pictures? They're sweeping it under the rug ******* ****** * ********** ***** I have the emails I would like to get the recordings of me in the swag ******* * ****** ******.       Refund Requested. ( Weight loss treatment ineffective ) On September22nd, 2022. I was introduced to the Body Sculpt Program by sales representative, Shiva at “NEW YOU.” Where, I was assured that there will be weight loss ( Body Fat ) with their new program which was for fat removal around the waist area, by freezing the fat. However, going forward the program was far from painless. First Appointment on 27th September, 2023. The attendant was Celine who took pictures, waist and weight measurements On the second appointment, November08,2022. Before the freezing treatment, Attendant “Cash” Took weight and waist measurements.Weight: 188Pounds. Upper Waist: 41.5 inches. Middle Waist: 45 inches. Lower Waist: 47 inches.Final Readings: Taken on January 24, 2023. (After four Treatments) Weight: 187.393 Pounds (85 Kilos) Upper Waist: 41.5 inches. Middle Waist: 45 Inches. Lower Waist: 47 Inches.       October 2022 I paid $ 10,000.They pressured me to sign on the treatment and they guaranteed instant results. After finishing the treatment my condition got worse and when I asked why, they said I have to purchase more product. I did purchase more product and they used it on me and they told me come back in 3 months and it should work this time. I went back to them after 3 months complaining of sever pain and discomfort and when asked why is this happening they said you should try more product. I said no I cant trust this anymore and I want my money back since you guaranteed instant results and now its been more than 4 months my condition only got worse. I refused to go to another city for a treatment, I had asked Isabel to have the manger contact me as I would like a refund for all my services. I waited 2 weeks for a call however not one person contacted me.       I spoke to you new spa on Jan 14, 2023 and I was book for Jan 27. ************* * *** ** ********* **** **** *** *** wanted to cancel the whole treatment. I message Victoria, the manager and told my concerns and wanted to cancel it so I don’t get charge on the same day just after hours of speaking to them and signing the loan terms. I stayed in contact and still message her to confirm that I want to cancel it because I don’t want unexpected chargers on my card, however I was not message back for a while. And then when she finally reached out to me, she said I can’t get refund because it’s been past 7 days, ***** *** ** ** ********* ******* I ********* told her I wanted to cancel it on the same day I spoke with her. Then she told me to call **** **** because they will help, I then called ******** and was told that the merchant has to cancel it for me not to get charged, but Ofc the merchant didn’t cooperate at all. I was told different stories from each sides. I was told by merchants to contact ******** to cancel, but the ******** told me that the merchant is suppose to cancel it. Then I was told that I have to wait because they have to follow a process for the spa to get a refund, so I waited patiently. However I was then told there will be no refund. ** * *** ***** ********. Then ******** keeps calling me everyday about the loan, and I expressed my concern with them and the merchant and the issue was never resolved. I didn’t understand why I have to pay for something I never got the service to or even have the money in the first place for the loan. Then I was contacted by **** **** again so I tried to contact the spa today and speak to Victoria, however I keep being told she’s busy and to call back later or I would get a call back.       On September 30, 2015, I have purchased two ******* treatments at the New You Spa, located at **** ***** ******* ***** **** in Toronto, Ontario. I am bringing this complaint as a result of the lack of customer service provided by New You Spa. The treatments that I have purchased were never performed and my money was NOT returned. I have spoken to the staff at the aforementioned spa on numerous occasions regarding the ongoing issue with their ******* machine. I have been given the runaround for 5+ months regarding an "upgrade" which needed to be performed on the machine in order to perform the treatments, with no anticipated date of completion. At any given time when I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge who is familiar with the issue and perhaps can give me an update on the status of this upgrade, I was told that the manager comes and goes and no one knows her schedule. The manager at the time was Oxana S. **** * ******* ** ***** ******** ***** ******* **********  I had then taken matters into my own hands and contacted the manufacturer to figure out a reason for the hold up with this upgrade. *** ************ ******* ** **** **** ** ****** **** **** *** *** **** ** *** *** **** *** ******* ** **** ***** *** **** *** **** ******* ***** ********* ************ * **** ***** ***** ** ****** *** *** ******* **** ** ********* It has now been several years *** ***** ******* * ***** **** ** ******** ******* ***** *** **** * ** ********* ********* **** * **** *** ***** ******** ** ********** *** ********** **** *** *** *** and am now at a loss for a large sum of money.
