      ********** ********* *** ********* ******** I had a highly distressing experience with New You Cosmetic Centre. The manager, Shiva, pressured me into signing a $5,000 financial contract with a third-party lender, based on false promises that were never fulfilled. Instead of the expected results, the treatments severely burned my face, causing physical and emotional distress. I have attempted multiple times to resolve this issue by emailing the company and calling, but my emails remain unanswered, and my calls are either ignored or rejected. *********** ***** **** ****** ** ** ***** ******* **** *** ****** ***** * **** ****** ************** *** ************. This spa engages in ********* practices and poses a significant risk to its clients. * ******** **** ****** ** ***** **** ******** ** *** ****** I am also pursuing legal action and filing formal complaints with regulatory bodies.

      I underwent the most expensive Ultherapy RF skin tightening treatment at this clinic last year $$$$. The expectation of seeing final results in 8-10 months, as communicated by the manager and nurse. Unfortunately, no follow-up appointment was ever scheduled. At the 8-month mark, I returned to express my dissatisfaction, ******* ********** ****** ***. To make matters worse, the manager (Tanya) and nurse (May) who initially handled my treatment were no longer employed there. The new manager showed no effort in resolving my concerns and merely stated that I should have had a follow-up appointment, which I was never informed about. No one ever contacted me. After spending a significant amount of money $$$$, I see little to no difference and feel utterly disappointed with the lack of customer care and the overall results. Upon researching the procedure online and watching multiple videos, I realized the procedure was not performed properly. * **** ********** *******. It was my mistake not to research this procedure beforehand and to trust the nurse to perform it correctly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. **** **** ******

      They are delivering the results they advertise on the brochure ..I am very unhappy with my Hyaluronic Acid injected in my . Noone is calling me back to rectify my issues, I can't even find a way to reach the owners of the spa. * ***** ********* **** *** **

      **** *** *************** *********** ********* **** ** ***** ** ***** ****** ***** They do not disclose non refundable policy until after they get your money. Their customer service is a stall tactic. If seeking refund file small claim action right away as company is unwilling to assist.

      I went to Bodiscupt clinic by New You Spa at *** ***** *****t in Burlington. I had an appointment with Zoey I told her and showed her the body parts where I want to lose weight and tighten the skin. She suggested the package including PRP. In total I suppose to get 20 treatment after 10 they said they are done!! According to them the reason was they used to 2 small applicators for my arms. The treatment did not make any difference at all. ** ** * ***** ****** **** **** ***** *** ***** ** ***** ** **** ******* *** **** *** **** ** ****. Push you to buy the package right away. Then nothing happens after.

I fell for all I offered. ***** *** *** *** *** ******* * *** **** **** ***** ** ***** ********* ****** **** Anyway, I went for some ***** on my forehead. the water she injected me did nothing. I'm very upset and $1000.00 off. ****** ***** ** ****** *** **** ***** **** **** ****** *** *****. at first they treat you nice and when you don't fork out thousands they look at you weird.

      **** ** * ****** ********* ********* I went in for a consultation. I was quoted a price verbally. The company representative used high pressure sales tactics. She encouraged me to sign up for their financing option. I agreed to it then before leaving the business I reviewed the written financial agreement. It was not what she said verbally. Trust was broken at that point and I asked to terminate the agreement. I would never allow a business that I don’t trust to do any cosmetic procedure on me. They refused to refund me the deposit I paid using a debit card. The company representative kept insisting she needed my credit card to offer the refund. Yet, another red flag so I refused. I called the police and filed a report. I called my bank and filed a report. I closed my bank account to avoid them attempting to take payments out. Fortunately, my bank **** did a merchant dispute investigation and ruled in my favour. **** was outstanding with their customer care and refunded my money. Nonetheless, BUYER BEWARE, do not give this place your business. It is a regret waiting to happen. Police were useless. I share my story to help warn others.       New clinic i* ***** ****** *** bad customer service. , I did session for PRP and BBL , they are take monye from me more than in recipet because they said had problem in system ., and I didn’t get Christmas deal PRP cost me one session above 500 , on other Clinic cost less And BBL , they didn’t give me the right amount. And right Halyrounic acid , because no results appear .. even after few month , because they said Halyrunic acid will absorb water more It cost me for this after tax. Above 12000 When I requested many time for photos before and after No response From two clinic on Queen street and Woodbridge I am so fastruted , no good customer service and no honest .. ***** ****** **** ***** ****

      Years ago I got ******* into buying a cool sculpting package. Nonetheless, I've requested numerous times to "unsubscribe" me from their mailing list. I continue to receive daily emails. Now instead of deleting them ******* **** *** ******** ** *********** I started to save them. Here is a reminder: under section 11(3) of Canada’s Anti-Spam Law, a person who sends a commercial electronic message must ensure that effect is given to an unsubscribe indication ‘without delay, and in any event no later than 10 business days after the indication has been sent, without any further action being required on the part of the person who so indicated’.       Had consultation and they got me spending $6500 on cool sculpting. In the meanwhile I had family emergency and tried to cancel the service all together but they told me it's done deal they NEVER do refunds. I have not even started using this treatment yet. The sales lady was sweet but apparently only the owners are allowed to do this! She will email them but they are in LA on conference. Ridiculous. * ***** ****** *** ********* **** *** ** *******
